This number called my number and it goes back to a disconnected number

A man calls, asks for me by name, pretens he don't hear me say hello twice, th a n hangs up.

This phone number was from a gentleman who claims I sent in an entry and have won a free 7 day cruise to the Caribbean on the Princess lines. I also won a $2,000 gift certificate to be used anywhere. The ship would give us a balcony or suite accomodations and we would stay in 5 different luxury hotels. The only thing I would pay is tax for the registration, which I had to pay at the time of the call. He didn't want a credit card, but did want my bank account information to withdraw the funds. I told him I didn't give my bank information on the phone, and hung up.
Please beware, the call really does sound official.
