calls me several times a week.  twice yesterday, once today.  when you call it back, it's not in service.

They, who ever it is, is burning up my phone 5 to 10 times daily.  They call and never leave a message.  When I call back using *67 then the number, the number is never in service.  I get these phone calls from different numbers from all over the country 20 to 30 times a day.  Oh... and I'm on the National Do-Not-Call List.  Yea, like anything the government does it never works.

Got a couple calls a week from this number 760 733 8703, and did not answer it, but no message was recieved. Called back and number is 'not in service'. Blocked this number.

Just blocked with the app truecaller. Won't be getting their annoying calls with 4 second blank voicemail.

All of these numbers call, ring on, hang up, never leave a message and call often.  A real disturbance!  I have listed each of them as a contact just so I could block them.  The other method only allowed for four blocks.   Most if not all of these numbers do no respond to return calls.  I no longer return a call ... I look to see what is posted on the internet and block them.    Thanks for asking.

Constantly getting calls from these solicitors for work at home jobs. I know they are scams but very annoying. 760-733-8703.

Very tired of this phone calls

Calls me everyday.  No one related that I can find that uses this number.  Out of service is all it get.  Help cellular phone people!!!

They call just to see if there's a pickup, and hang up. Obviously tracking to see when I answer or not. They are out of service when I try to call back. Annoying!!

Received call says from CA  - didn't recogize, did't answer.  Called back - not in service.  Blocked number.

I received two calls from this number 760-733-8703. I called them back and a woman answered saying Elite Company Services. I asked her who they were and she said they are a Visa and Mastercard processing company. I asked her to PLEASE take me off of their call list. She responded by say "I didn't call you, you called me....dick." Then she hung up. Block and ignore.

I found out by accident that this number belongs to Leo Shades. They are of the lowest level of scam artists. They pull you in with an offer of purchasing sunglasses for $5.99 and then 14 days later charge your account for $95.00. The sunglasses are definitely not worth $95.00. Nowhere on the front page of their website or the email they send you does it say they are going to bill you. I'm still waiting for a resolution but I have a feeling they are going to screw me over with the $95.00.
