I keep getting this number on my phone lately, it has been daily, who are they?

Received a call from this number today. No message. Called the number and learned from the automated voice answering system the call was from NCC Commonwealth Financial, a notorious debt collector. These bozos were reported through 800 Notes under different phone numbers. Apparently, they now have a new number.

I won't respond to calls without message. If a call comes from a number I don't recognize, I don't answer. Then I check it out through 800 notes and it is usually from a debt collector which employs rude, aggressive jerks making calls and statements violating the Federal FDCPA.

Sometimes it is fun to find out a fax number for them and send them  via fax a cease and desist notice, congratulating them on being Glittering Jewels fo Collosal Ignorance. Then informing them their calls violate the FDCPA and they are subject to fines of $1,000 per call, which will go to me. That stops them cold. BTW, I don't provide any identifying info and use a fax at a UPS Store to protect my privacy.

They call twice a day - no message.  I do not answer and do not respond.
