I had same call on my cell phone then at work (bc hubby applied for a car loan and gave my work number) so this company finally sent me a bill seeking over 3K then 3 days later sent new bill seeking $1800. I plan on sending certified letter requesting original creditor and stop calling my job and cell number.

This number came up on my phone and he gave me a file # what is this about??? He would not tell me! Is this a scam or what I do not have the time for this nonsense! Please do not call again!!!!

I received a call from them-- they had my name but a different middle name, when I called about it, they gave me an address reference that I'd never heard of and asked if I had a child named X.  I said I didn't and asked to be removed from this claim (all the while being careful about giving out information).  Then, after hanging up, I got nervous, because I handed out my SSN... the woman I spoke with about my concern (mentioning that their organization had been listed as a scam online) was understandably defensive, then said she would transfer me to her supervisor and hung up.  When I tried to call back, even the receptionist did not pick up.  Oh boy.

Received a voice mail over a week ago that only stated this phone # and an account number so I didn't bother returning the call.  They've called 3 times today, each call 2 hours apart and don't leave a message but caller ID shows 760-891-0777 for all three calls.

I just received a call from 760 891 0777. This rude, obnoxious barbarian named Pablo was unbelievably rude and the example of what is wrong with this world... no class!

Received voice message from 760-891-0777 on 08/27/10 and they left a callback of 1-800-972-2721 with a validation code of 1467786. Apparently it is a debt collection agency. I returned their call from a land line. I requested that they remove my number from their calling list and was met with some resistance until I convinced them that I was not "Ricky", the person who they claimed they were trying to reach concerning a debt. Hopefully they won't call again.

My daughter received a VM message on her cell phone this morning. The caller was asking about me. The caller ID showed 760-891-0777, however the caller wanted a call back at 1-800-972-2721  xt  1618 regarding a file number (xxxxxx). I called and the phone was transfered to (xt 1618) to Shaylo?, then this lady introduced herself as Mrs. Fatlow?. This was regarding a car I had and it was repoed in 2007. She thretened me about contract and someother BS. I told her do not call anybody else but me. Bring the car back and get your payment. I also told her that if not take me to the court. She was pissed and mad, then hanged up on me. They are stupid, looser collection agency. Just jerk them around.

I /just/ got off of the phone with one of the representatives here, looking for someone who I have told them I have no connection to. The representative was extremely rude and sarcastic, I didn't enjoy that he spoke to me as if I weren't intelligent in the slightest. He didn't treat me with respect, so he got none back. If you recieve a call from this number, ignore it. Not worth your time, and not worth the frustration.

I have recived repeated calls from this number over the last two weeks and they are continuing. i am not answering these calls. I have no debts. I have no loans. Once someone (I suspect he was a criminal) used my phone number. That was over 10 years ago. Since then, I have been receiving calls from various collections agencies. The debt has been resold ....and resold......and it was...and it is a scam.  Just don't unswer the phone. If you do so by mistake, hang up!

I have no idea why they are calling me. Both my cell and home numbers are on DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. I will report you to the FCC if this continues. I have no PROBLEMS reporting a company that has illegal practices. Further more the governement is bailing out you scam companies and NOT helping the actual people they need to help. Go to Washington DC to get paid. We eventually pay you one way or the other.

I never post anything on websites such as this, but I decided that I'd make an exception for these guys. I'm not going to say they are a scam like a lot of people in debt claim. Money is probably owed. My mom is mentally ill and doesn't work.... HOWEVER, the people that work here are seriously the scum of the earth types. I told them not to call my number anymore and the guy started being rude and completely disrespectful and kept blabbing like an idiot and being a prick to me. I hung up and guess who calls back? I couldn't help but to laugh at the guy. It was too funny. The speed it took for him to go from zero to idiot was out of this world! lol. NO SIR, YOU ARE NOT SUING ME! THIS ISN'T TELE-COURT! HAHAHAHAHHA

Don't pay a dime to these [***]. Tell them to shove their collection calls where the sun don't shine. They aren't going to sue you like they like to imply and even if they do, you still have options available such as Bankruptcy... the perfect way to start w/ a clean slate and a way to not pay these crooks a dime.

These are the kind of people that call you and try to sound official to scare you. They make it sound like you're being sued or as if you're about to be "served with court papers."
