Nicole - 5 Apr 2007I called this number back and there's a message for the Crystal Vision company. They request you leave your name and number and the number they called you from....lol sounds nuts I would definatly ignore it. They're just trying to sell something none of us probably need.

Donna - 9 Aug 2007This company represents Broderbund software, i.e., Print Shop, etc. If you registered on-line, they are calling because you checked off that you were interested in hearing about discounts on items for your computer. All you have to do is say, "I do not remember checking that option off and no thank you or that you are not intersted." They will nicely end the call. It's no big deal. Answer the call and just tell them you are not interested. At least all of you who posted on here know that they are connected somehow to Broderbund software - Print Shop and Print Master software.

upset - 21 Aug 2008The call may come from borderbund but in registering a product a phone number should not be a requirement which they do. BAD BUSINESS practice.

Scott - 30 Mar 2007I have been receiving phone calls from them fro 2 weeks now. Everyday they call my number and ask for me, my wife asks them to call me at night but they never do.
They say I registered software with them, but I do not think I did.

Tim - 29 May 2007This company has been calling our home for the last couple of months. Mostly during the day when we are not home. The couple times I have answered they ask for my wife by name regarding software she registered, however, they are unable to tell me which software package. They say they will call back when she is available. Today, they called my work cell phone. This is getting very strange.

I've been getting calls from them for the past WEEK, at least twice a day. Since I don't answer numbers I don't know, I haven't picked it up. They never leave a message.

They ask for me and I answer and they still hang up.
Here is their toll free number. They will answer when you get to the "talk to the next available rep" promt. Maybe we should all call a few times everyday to see how they are doing and hang up!

Mary - 15 Jul 2007I have been getting calls also for the past month and they never leave a message on my answering machine. They just called again this morning!Tonight I typed in the caller ID into Google and it took me to the web site. When I typed in the phone number into Google, I saw the message about others getting calls, too. I'm not sure how they got all of our numbers, but I have not ordered anything from them and do not plan to. I agree with the rest of you. Sounds a little strange!!
