This man named Rehan Walker keeps calling me and harrassing me, saying I got a pay day loan. And I never paid it back and if I dont pay it in full. They are going to have me arrested and all kinds of things. They call non-stop. I told them they have the wrong person and if they think I am wrong to send all the paper work and prove it. Nothing yet. But still its irrating

I received a call from 760-933-5407 today on my cell phone.  I was in the store and my friend answered my phone and said it was a man with a very heavy accent.  He said he was calling from the State Investigation Bureau of California.  She asked him if she could take a message to give to me and he said that me or my attorney needed to contact him immediately or I would be in lots of trouble... Well I tried to call him back and it just rang and rang and no one ever answered.  I myself think it is some kind of scam.  I have never done business with anyone in CA, and filed bankruptcy years ago, so if it is some kind of cash advance place they shouldn't be calling me now anyways.  Not only that, but I seriously doubt he should be telling someone other than me about my personal business.  I have never heard of this place and highly doubt that I owe then any money, so just be cautious when talking to them.  I am going to give them one more try and call them back and if they can't answer then it's their loss...they need not call me back if they can't answer when I return the call!!!

Received a call from this number stating that a family member had received a pay day loan and that I was a co-signer.  I spoke to them for several minutes and they claimed they were with the Cybercrimes Investigation Unit.  When I asked if they were part of a State or Federal cybercrimes unit they stated they were federal.  I then asked if they were part of the FBI and they said yes.  I explained at that point that I was recording the phone call and asked if he would like to restate that information.  He instead got extremely upset and told me I could not threaten him and he hung up the phone.

Long and short - seems like they're a collection agency for U.S. Pay Day Cash Loans

Mr. either Jack or Jacob Martin is calling from this number.  He says that there was a warrant but we could call back.  When I tried to call back the number is disconnected.  I have filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General and law enforcement.

This same number person named Paul White called my sister name who I use to live with 4 years ago stated they were from some Attorney general office in California and stated I had fraud charges against me. I called the number back and got no answer.

A man with a very heavy accent called my cell serveral times today telling me that i have a warrant for my arrest due to a legal matter..He also called my employer and my sister informing them that i have warrant for my arrest due to an unpaid debt.

these people are scam artists, first of all you cant get arrested for unpaid debts. second of all nobody is going to tell you theres a warrant out for your arrest, they just serve the warrantor arrest you. Think about it.? Third of all i have dealt with these people, call local police, your state attorney generals office, or fbi. Get these people locked up!

My roommate got a call from this same number today. The man with a heavy accent told her she better pay $2500 right this instant, or there would be cops waiting to arrest her when she gets home from work. He says it was a loan she took out. she never took out such a loan. He gave her a "Case #" and a "Warrant #" and said they're going to arrest her. Later that day he called her at her work and threatened the same information.
