Calls all the time and does not leave a message.

person named Brad Dayton from NCC calls to tell me I owe on a bill for my deceased parent....Brad is very crass and tries to be intimidating when I ask him to send me proof I owe this money.,,I called the hospital for which the bill is supposed to be owed ( I never signed anything making me responsibile for this bill)...proof has been sent to nursing home of this...this person Brad from NCC is still harassing me...I refuse to talk to him

NCC debt collection company, called for somebody named Michael who does not live here or own this phone number.

Someone just called my cellphone left a message for me.  I have no idea who this company is OR how they got my cellphone number.  I do NOT use it for anything online so it cannot be tracked and the cellphone is in my fiances name.  The guy that called left a message his name is Travis from the NCC.  I called back and left a message letting them know they had a wrong number.  When I called the first time I had not checked the voice mail so when I called I asked who it was they said NCC then she said what did the msg say that you got  I told her I did not get a message (well the person that left the message was still leaving the msg when I had called in.  So, I hung up to check the voice mail and that was when I discovered it was some guy named Travis  from NCC.  So, I turned around and called right back and the person answered the phone did not say anything just listened on the line and then hung up on me.  So, I immediately called right back and got a voice mail.  So, I left a msg letting them know they had the wrong number and to remove me from their calling list.
