This number kept auto dialing my phone so I kept a record of all the robo calls and my att made them pay me $1000.00 a call we gave them a break to settle out of court,. http://www.attorneysinmn.com/law/mn-consumer- ... CFQimaQodUcIInA    it is illegal to use a robo dialer for debt collection in MN  $1500.00  a call. make them pay .

keeps robo dialing me i waited on hold for 5 minutes to ask them to remove my number but they never got on the line, SOBs.

When I answered the call, an automated message said: to please hold, a representative will be with your shortly. I didn't call them, they call me and asked me to hold until they could get to me. One time I even waited to tell them to remove my number but after waiting for a bit, the line disconnected. If they aren't available to speak, they should NOT have an automatic dialing calling people.

I received a call from this number and waited to speak to a human. Upon speaking to a human, they asked for me by name. I said she wasn't available but I would take a message and phone number & have her call them back (I was thinking this was a scam). The woman "refused" to provide any information (name, phone number, reason for call), so I told her that since she is refusing information, I have to assume this is a "spam call" and block it on my phone. She told me: "do what ever you have to do". So I blocked the number. In my mind, IF this had been a legitimate business, they would have provided call back information.
