I am and I see 2 others are on this kind of site.  They say it's a Cambridge, MN, number maybe.  But no one has info on it yet.
I also get unwanted text messages and spam from Cambridge,MN, source.  I have no new info but will check back here to see if anyone else figues this one out.

Caller identifies herself as from Mercantile Adjustment Bureau. Left a call back # for NY?

A debt collection company. Of course when you call back it doesn't immediately identify who you have reached, but connects you directly with a debt collector.

Shows up as UNAVAILABLE on caller ID with only the phone number showing.
Of course this means the call will be rejected.
They do not leave a message on voicemail.
J.C. Christensen Assoc. a debt collector (who has confirmed court cases for violations of the FDCPA who also was forced to be the attorney's fees involved in those cases) 2010 was the case I found.
Also known as Array Services. This company buys old debts and chases after the money even if they are not sure the person actually owes the money. No debt verification means no payment.

This number calls me every other week. They call my work and my cell...but NEVER leave a message.  I don't answer calls from unknown callers.  

If it's SO important, why not leave a message?  I'm super irritated.

They call at least 10 minutes before 9pm and do not leave a message. I will probably block them and report them. Thanks for sharing the information.

Yes, I received a call from this #763-219-8945.  They called, but did not tell me what the call was about.
I had been sick this day, and did not feel good at all. I then called this number, but still was not
given any details.

said to call back during business hours, they never left a message. this is the second strang number that called my phone today

JC Christianson. They called my cell phone first. When I didn't answer, they called my work number, which I already told them once not to call me on. They are a debt collector for Fairview (medical bills).

Someone keeps calling me from this number, but everyone I pick up they hang up in my face. This has been happening all week long and they call around the same time daily

I have been getting calls from this number recently. Every time I answer, since its a local number, it hangs up immediately after I say hello. Called it back and got a rep but I hung up. I'm debating if I should call them repeatedly and hang up like they do to me....

They keep calling my house phone but its hard to send them money when I only work a short winter season then when I get played off then I don't have no money communing in so wish I know how to take care of it so they can stop bugging me but them kind of people only care about money and not a person that don't have nothing

This number is a scam to whoever uses universal rentals. Those took my money and now can't get in touch with anyone. Whoever tries to get help from this place watch out they take your money and run no help what so ever

Calls my work number 3-4 times a day, when I answer they hang up.
