    FYI 'United Partners Outreach' is a KNOWN SCAM NAME of a group running EVERY CHARITY SCAM ONLINE & PHONE. This is VERY SIMILAR to the REAL CHARITIES United Way & Community Partners & Community Outreach - during calls, they try to make listener believe they ARE the United Way, affiliated with them, work with Community Partners, etc.

    HANG UP. BETTER, DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!!

    Don't EVER give money to a phone solicitation, even if you recognize the charity/group: you have no way to know the person is associated with the Orchestra/Church/Public Television/etc. Tell them you'll "go online to do the contribution" and hang up.
