Calls everyday and leaves an message.  Even when answering phone it is a taped message- no live person on other end.

If you are tring to make every effort to pay the debt, thats great.  This message is not to provide you with a way to avoid paying the debt. There are ways you as a educated consumer can fight back. I am in the same boat you are.  Thise "debt collectors" are not following federal business regulations, if you have a valid claim, I urge you to file a claim with:

Best of luck to you, just try to pay what you can.  Remember their not supposed to call you at work if you have a letter sent to them. Don't let them push you around.  Debt collectors, of this demenor representing the values for CLX Systems are not better then the crooks that prey on innocent victims.  Pay your debts, don't do it because they push you around.  Also, if they call you before 8 AM they are violating state laws, get documentation and send that to MN Commerce.  Hang in there anonymous.

If you hate dealing with these guys on the telephone, I have heard the best thing to do, is mail the largest payment you can afford, with a letter explaining your situation.  Explain in the letter what you intend on doing, and stick to it.  EVERYONE would be better off if people took Dave Ramsey's advice:

My mother recieved a call from someone named Greg or Craig.  She said he belittled her, yelled at her, and hung up on her after telling her she is useless.  First of all she is 70 years old.  Second of all she was trying to explain to the awful man who called her that her insurance was not billed correctly.  I called and asked to speak to a manager and they told me Greg was the owner and that he didn't want to talk to me because he was eating a sandwich and hung up.  This company is AWFUL!

I got a call from this company, first at my house, then at my work.  I read all of this stuff, and gave them a piece of my mind!  Not long after I got a summons from Como Law Firm.  Can someone please tell me how to keep my wages from getting garnished?  How can all of this happen?

HE DID THE SAME THING TO ME!!! He is a very rude man and when I told him he wasn't being helpful or very nice he started just yelling me.
