Also called me on June 6, in the morning, on my cell.  I did not answer, they left no message.

In trying to call the number back today, the call will not go through - not even a phone company recording.

I get a call or two a week from the robo scammers, so this appears to be another one.

Called mt cell at 09:01 am Feb 2nd.  I ignored the call since it had no called ID.  No message left.

Got a call from 7637324136. Didn't answer, no message.

Unsolicited robo call on 2.2.15 to my cell phone from "Heather at Account Services" offering change to credit card account. I hung up after 10 seconds.

Heather at account services. Called my cell call hung up.

Called at 9:44 AM on Feb 1st. Answered but no one there. Annoying!

same as the rest - no one on the other end - called on 2-2-15 at 10:04 am - no respect for phone numbers on the do not call list - hope they call back so I can waste their time

Ditto - "Heather from Account Services calling about your credit card account" calling my mobile which is registered on the do not call list.

Caller was trying to get private credit card information from me. When I asked him what credit card company he was calling about to he said "Chase, Citi Bank and Bank of America". I wasn't comfortable giving this information to him and I told him this and he just pushed harder to get the information. Definitely are trying to phish for information. Scammers!

Same here. Got a call from Heather about account services . My number is also on the do not call register. Believe this is a phishing tactic on their part whomever they are.

Received a call at 9:26 a.m. (CST) on 2/2/2015.  I didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number.  They did not leave a message.  I'm reporting this number to the Do No Call Registry.

It is a scam.  They are calling about your credit card account and how you can "lower your interest rate"  By pushing 1 you get this limited time offer.  I did it just for fun and the guy answered with just a "hello."  They aren't even good scammers who can answer with a proper fake bank name!

I just got a call on my landline - Caller ID said GVCC - I did not answer because I don't answer calls that I don't know the number.  Caller hung up as soon as they got my answering machine.

This number called my cell phone and the recording said it was Heather from Account Services regarding my credit card but not to be concerned because there's no issues with it, they just an offer for me. I pressed "0" a few times to get an operator to get myself removed from the list. Roger answered. I asked him to remove me from the list and he hung up on me.

heather at acct services, they will get me 6.9% intrest on credit card I don't have, chpt 7 bankruptcy last july 2014!!  a pure scam trying to get people to release all kinds of personal info. this is the same scam call under about 10 different phone numbers I have received. when I am in a good mood I like to mess with their minds and just answer YES to anything they say. heather is a robo caller, the actual person you speak to sounds like they are probably in INDIA from the heavy accent "JOE" has!!!!

Automated call from "Heather of account services calling about credit card account to which there is no problem.  Offering lower rates as low as 6.9%.  Offer due to expire soon so please consider this a final notice". I let it go to voicemail but tried to call back to see if it named the card company. It rang, connected and hung up within 2 seconds both times.  I felt like it was phishing so I researched the number and found this thread that's confirms my suspicion.
