Sounded like a collection company. The caller refused to tell its company name.

Actual message from the owner of my company "A Kelly called for you and she wants you to call her back at #763-783-2332, she said it was personal….

I have told them to quit calling, but they call at least once a week. I thought that sort of stuff was outlawed? I AM on the do not call list?

i called the number back and it is diversified collection agency.

I received a call on  my cell phone from this number.  Said her name is Kelly and it is important that I call her back.  I called and there was no answer.

It is a collection agency.  Diversified Adjustment Serivce out of [***] Rapids.  I got the same message at work.  Call back ASAP.

I also recived a voicemail that said i should call this number back when i get this message. They did not leave a name or a reason for calling.

Caller left 3 messages - would not leave company info.  Said to call urgently.  Scam!

No name given, but same MO. My work has caller ID and message, ect. When checking my message it has muzac on for a while. First I just hung up, forth time I listened. Female voice "Hello, hello!" sounds frustrated and leaves a message. "Call 763xxxxx, it is personal and very important. I googled the number and came here. Anybody call the Feds yet?

why call back ASAP?  Won't they need to say who they are and why they are calling?  and for who?

I received 2 phonecalls from them (612-763-783-2332).  The first time they left a msg that it was urgent I call them back that it was a business matter.  They didn't tell me the name of the company or who I need to call back so I didn't call them.  They called 2 days later at my work, which I don't know how they got my number and this time I answered.  The lady said her name was Pam and she was from Diversified Agency collecting a debt.  I was not aware of anything that had went to collections.  She even proceeds to tell me that I would have received a bill the day before and gave me the amount of the bill.  Well I checked my mail when I got home and there was a bill and it was for that amount, but it had not been referred to them for collection.  It was a medical bill still with the clinic.  I am not calling them back.  I am worried that they have information on me and they will be putting something on my credit.  I will be calling the clinic to find out why I received a call from this agency and if they were even aware it was going on.  My concern is what if I had paid them not knowing that it was possibly a scam, and how many people may have panicked and just paid them.  Isn't there a law that protects us against this.

I recieved a call from this number and called back. They are a collection agency, but are very polite. I also found out that they are not allowed by law to say their company name (dunno if that's BS or not). You should call them back ASAP, before anything goes on your credit history. They're typically working with doctor's offices, and the folks that I talked to are actually very polite.

I received a call from them this morning saying "Hello this message is for (insert my name). My name is Carole, please call me back at 763-783-2332 as soon as you get this message." I called back and I asked what company it was for and she said "Diversified Agency" and I asked what kind of company it was and she asked for my phone number. I told her I wanted to know what kind of company it was and she said she would not divulge that information until I gave her my phone number. I told her I was not comfortable with sharing my information until I knew who I was sharing it with and she said "Have a nice day" and hung up on me. I was NOT pleased!! There is so much crap and so many scams in this world, they need to tell me at least what they are before I'm going to randomly give out my phone number!!

These [***] called my supervisor!  I just called them to tell them to remove the number.  UGH!

This is a debt collect for Park Nicholet Hospital.

They even sent text to my cell ... they seem to have all my numbers ???

This company likes to call people's work places.  And just like everyone says, they leave a woman's name with no message other than it's important and she'd like a call back today.  Obnoxious!

They are a collection agency for Park Nicollet. Call back as soon as you can. They are extremely polite and just do not say who they are due to privacy info. They can get your work number from your health provider.

I cant think why your provider would need your work number. I would ask them to remove it from your records.

I hope you made the clinic aware that the collections people had this bill before you did.

Got a message as well. Called and only gave them my phone number. They were looking to collect from someone who i don't know. I have received calls in the past from a hospital looking for the same person. I told them I didn't know who that person was and that was that. I'd say it's not a scam, rather a real debt collector. It's worth the call but I'd be hesitant to give them info about yourself.
