Cannot find information on this 'Foundation'

It sounds like a scam.

Yea, getting the same thing, calling then no one there, probably computer finding out when people answer the phone so they can now have a real person call and scam you!

got this same number calling our home several times a day--won't leave a message. and I don't answer calls from states or unknown numbers.

These people (?) have called all week and never when I am at home. No message. What a waste of time.

Caller ID says "Lafayette, IN."  No message.

Keep receiving calls from this number. No message left. Called ID says "Indiana". Called the number back today, but got a recording that I need to dial the area code first (I did).

Just received a call from this number, 9:45AM, I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message.

I've been getting calls from this for about 2 weeks.....always the same....hangs up when I answer. Called the number back last week and got a recording saying my call would be answered in the order received. I hung up.....did not want to be on hold in case they do some sort of scam thing with the number. Would like to be able to stop this since it happens about 3 times a day.

Called the # back from my cell....Women to Women Cancer something.  A woman named Mary answered the phone...I simply asked why they call 7 times a day and when someone answers, no one is on the line. She said they are having technical difficulties and new employees.  I just told her to put me on the DNC (Do not call) list.

Calls everyday all the time.  Never answer it.  They never leave a message.

They call every day. I have left them a message and told them I am posting this number to Facebook and Twitter, I told the lady I was going to report her and she said can I tell you who I am. I SAID NO!!!!!  This is a scam!!!!!!

Yes, I am mad. They call all the time, ruining my work and leisure time, never leave a message!

From july 1- 11, 2011  Have gotten calls from this number 10 times, 2x on some days.  says it is a call from Lafayette.   Leaves no message and get no reply when you answer.  As this is a out of state call seems like our FBI needs to find out who they are what they are up to

Get 3 or 4 calls a day from these people who have nothing better to do. Answer the phone, no one there. I am on the CNC List. It doesn't seem to help.

Probably a dialer issue. Dialers auto-dial, then eventually it connects to an agent.  Sometimes that takes awhile.  My phone says "Lafayette, IN" also; I just ignore telemarketers.

I have gotten several calls from this number. Caller ID just says INDIANA. They call at different times, but never leave a message. I have actually answeredthe call a couple of times, but no one ever says anything. Why bother calling? I am suppose to be on the Do Not Call registry and am going to go ahead and register my phone numbers again just to be sure. However, I do not believe that it will stop this number from continnuing to call me based on the posts I have just read. I will take the extra steps necessary to stop this entity from calling. I have charities that I give to and I do not need or appreciate organizations calling me and asking me for donations. If I want to make a donation, I'll do so on my terms at my discrestion. I will also determine how much I want to give and if the charity/organization is not happy with what I want to give, then I simply will not donate. I bring this up because I have had the FOP and Firefighters call me and ask for a donation and when I have offered a $10.00 donation, I have been told they do not take anything less than $15.00. Guess what?! I then tell them Sorry I can't help you. I have also told them to take me off of their calling list and they still call me anyway. I'm tried of these unwanted phone calls- especially when an entity calls me and then can't be bothered to talk to me when I answer or they can't be bothered to leave a message. In my opinion, this is harrassment and I do intend to report it or at least find out what I can do to stop the calls.
