Missed this call in middle of night, who  is it?

Isses call no voicemail

Rang once and no voice mail. Apparently is from the Caribbean.

called at 3:48 am, left no message. From Dominica.

Called my phone and my mom's phone at the same time.  I returned the call and got an automated message saying " all circuits are busy".  

This number called me at 4:14 am. . 767-275-9172. I didn't answer. Said on phone from Dominica

I got a call at 5 am I didn't answer I wasn't awake not sure who and why they are calling

Got a call from 7672759172 at 5 am sharp not sure y I don't know anyone there not sure what they want but they might need to pick a better time to call

received call at 9:37 am.  Did not answer.. no message left.

Got a call at 7:18 am PST. Rang once and my phone says they're from
Dominica. This is my second call. I received one yesterday from a similar number (2 last digits were different) in Dominica.  

This number called my cell right after I refilled my phone with $50.00 ,I did not answer or call the number back .I called my cousin and as soon as I finished my call with her I laid my phone down ,10 seconds later my phone lit up and automatically called 767-275-9172 the same number that called me earlier .The number calls you and hacks your phone before you answer it and installs a virus that makes your phone call the number back AFTER you finish your next call and takes all of you minutes from your account, and by making your phone call the number back you can't get your minutes back because the phone company says you called the number and its in your phone that the call was made.
