Whatg were they names they used when they called you?

I have been receiving phone calls from this number everyday, 5 to 6 times a day and they are also calling family members and my place of employment.   I have mailed them a letter asking for validation and to stop calling till this whatever type of debt is validated but they keep calling.

Calls all the time. "Mr. Montsort" threatens to send police officer to arrest me.
Is this legal collection tactic?

got calls from them awhile ago, told them not to bother me that this was fraud, the guy was very rude. they started calling again. they called my work a couple of days ago and was asked if it was personell and then they hung up. they just called my cell and left a message stating that they need to speak with  me today or my lawyer and then they said good luck. I will continue to ignore them, because it is fraud. they can't come to your work or arrest you. you would need to get a summons in the mail.

They call our house threatening us with a law suit and telling us to return their call by today. They say that a complaint has been filed against my husbands social security number. How can I stop the calls?

they called here to tell me to get in touch with my daughter that they need to talk to her, it was very important. First complaint i have is, TELL THEM TO SPEAK ENGLISH, if they r making calls then they better know how mto speak the language. My husband + I r so upset that they r allow to call all hours of the day + four or five times a day, what makes u think if i didn't answer the first time u ask question y would i answer again. I would like them to stop calling.

It's funny how majority of these complaints state the Samething. For starters they got in contact with my mother via text message. She forwards it to me and I immediately contact them. My first response is not to neglect these allegations but I distinctly recall this being paid off. In any case of debt we would investigate before I give payment information. This company was extremely unproffessionalism and rude. I asked questions regarding the cash advance loan and was told that I am acting like a victim when there client was the victim. I asked for the name of the company and there response was I'm not your secretary google that information. I was baffled completely shocked after they hung up on me. Was told prior to the hang up if i continue i was going to be sued for harrassment. So a few minutes passed I reached out to my family attorney and he calls them asked to forward all the documentation and went to provide the fax number then they hung up. So I call them again and they are like I can't speak to you have your attorney call. This whole situation completely upset me for I was threaten with jail time and fraud. If my funds were  even insuffient why are they treating me like [***]. I was willing to comply but after the name calling and them not even trying to hear me I turned to this website for a complaint. just received a message from a young lady Ms Mahon at 770-239-6720 ext 831. She wanted a personal number to call but I would not give it to her and told her that I could not take personal calls at work. she needed to give me a number to call her back when I got a break. She stated that it was a personal matter and that she needed to speak with me before it went to my county attorney general office. I asked her who this was concerning and she would not tell me she said for my on personal rights at work. If they really want a call back they should be willing to give you the name of the person involved. Also, she stated wanted to talk to me before the cops came to pick me up at work. I told her to have a nice day and that they would not be coming to pick me up and to not call back. Sure this will not keep her from calling.

I received a call on my cell phone this morning from this company saying a theft of services complaint was just received in their office for me. They asked for me, but thought they had my sons number, then said I must call today or they are forwarding the complaint to the county I live in for a theft of service investigation. If this is only a debt collector then these tactics are illegal.

I get the same thing threats to summon me and today Ms mahon advised me that my County police will be looking for me for a warrent they obtained for "deceptive theift" and they say that they are a law firm which they are a nasty collection agency.  I filed a complaint with the FTC  www.ftc.gov and was advised that this company does not exist and they are a scam, they also advised to go to the bottom of the page and click usa.gov then search payday loans, you will see that these collections agencys are under investigation by th FBI and icd internet crimes division.   anyone who gets herrassed by these foneys should file a complaint with the Consumer protection agency, FTC, BBB, icd.  good luck!

Received a phone message stating that we were "linked to a matter" and were to call back immediately. The 2nd name they gave was Paul A. Colletti. Paul A. Colletti past away 5 years ago. We do not need these sick phone calls. This so called company never identified themselves. It is pretty sad to think these people can harrass innocent American people for no reason. We have no intention of returning these calls. Thanks for your help.

You can stop the calls by paying your bills!!!! Pay what you owe and the bill collectors will stop!!!! It's not rocket science!!!!!!!!

word of adv,i suggest u focus in doing the right thing u wouldnt generate too much complaint so check ur collection practices,this very complaint has been retained by a barrister n reported 2 me with a recoded conversation and im working on the case.

Really?  They are using as a collection tactic for people who ARE PAYING THEIR BILLS.  That's why it hasn't worked.
