- Chi DThey're an India based Recruiting firm that is annoying as hell. They just keep calling and calling and never do any research beforehand to understand that the jobs they want you to take are nowhere near where you even live !

- Mr NiceJOB SCAM- India based "Recruiting firm".
They have contacted me numerous times about an AT&T job in the Chicago suburb of Arlington Heights IL that I am qualified for based on wireless experience specifically for a contractor job with no benefits at $13.00/hr and emailed me a job description that appears legitimate. This may ring true at first glance. There are two AT&T call centers there in Arlington Heights IL. I used to go past both daily on my way to work when I worked for AT&T Mobility which has its call center in another suburb, but these two locations are not wireless call centers.
So as in every scam there is an apparent ring of truth to the lie, namely there is an AT&T call center there (you find anything on Google maps!), it's just not a wireless call center. Hell there is probably an AT&T office in almost any sizeable town in the USA!
Also the jobs in the job description offering $13.00/hr are payed at a much higher rate by AT&T for the real jobs that are bound by a CWA union contract with benefits. While AT&T can and has outsourced jobs outside the US, those in the US are bound by those contracts. So either these guys are really trying to undermine the union workers with a scab operation or (more likely the truth) it just a job scam, in any case even if this was a real job offer they offering to screw you over on pay and benefits.
Funny thing is being an former employee AT&T calls or emails jobs to me fitting my background all the time (sadly most are not nearby because AT&T is sending call center jobs to low wage states like WV and NM). Even so, I recently meet with an AT&T HR rep to take an assessment test for a job here in Chicago and mentioned getting calls of this nature from "recruiters" asking for SSN and DOB info and was informed that AT&T doesn't ask recruiters for that information and should be very wary of anyone claiming they need such information BTW AT&T's real job site is http://att.jobs/- Caller: Charter

- Renie B replies to General PattonI had to play their message 3 times to even try and understand what was being said. Ridiculous.
- MaddawgNo idea what in the world these operators from India were saying. When will these companies realize that people in the USA want to speak with Americans that have fluent, understandable English.............I guess that will happen when they can get Americans to work for 1 tenth of their current wages. Needs to be a tax on these calls from outside the US.

- Tim ArnoldThey troll all job sites, and call you to fish for your personal information. They tell you about job information already available for free and try to pose as a temp agency to steal your ID. You can always tell by the foreign accent, and they don't know what they're talking about when you confront them with any job facts. They stay in business off the few idiots that listen to them.
