A very rude black female called  and would not give proper identification, she actually yield and threaten to send thugs to harass me!

A very rude man by the name of Ron Carter called my phone and place of business attempting the threaten me with sending someone by the name of Kelly to visit me.  He would not give me any information about who he was, where he worked, etc.  Contacting the Florida Attorney General's Office this morning.  He got very belligerent with me when I asked him who he worked for and where he was located.  He would not give me this information.  Threatened to go to my place of employment.  I have no clue who this guy is.

Irecieved a very nasty call saying I had 2 felony counts of fraud against me and I needed to pey $310 to stay out of jail

I just received a call from this number. ID says legal mediation.  I didn't answer and got a vm that said there was a fraud attempt with a credit card associated with my phone number. It was a recorded message and tje man sounded like he wasn't even sure what he was saying. I deleted the message and won't be calling them back!

I see no need to bring race into this.

Got a recorded message from a man from Marty Stearns and associates saying there was fradualant activity linked with my bank and SSN- The man seemed unsure of what he was saying- Sounds like a Scam! I have my accounts and credit report on lockdown-

Got a message which was a recorded voice of a male. The message stated a law firm name and that fraud had been linked to my bank account and phone number. Which I know is untrue and believe this to be some sort of spam/scam.

Just got a call from this number advising me that fraud has been committed with the social security number associated with my phone number. Problem is, this is a Magic Jack number that has little, if any, personal info with it. So, I know this is bogus.

This dude name Steven James (who sounded very irritated, lol) called me to talk to them regarding an open investigation.  Boy, did he sound irritated... :-D
