    Got a charge on my BOA debit card just now. Called the number too and similar message was there that they have been compromised etc etc.
    I just happened to read about eBook frauds last week and the guy who had done all of the research said to report these as fraudulent use of your cart and then the fraud company gets hit with the charge back $$. If they get to refund your money, then they didn't really lose anything.
    I'm reporting this with my bank tomorrow when the pending charge is posted and they can actually do something with this info.

      I also got a charge for a $1.82 that originated from SAT N SOUND that I found today while I was canceling my card from an unauthorized charge from LAVRI.NET, phone number 239-451-7017 which appears to be a website run out of a residence in Lehigh Acres FL.  Both of these charges were unsolicited. True to form the person I talked to at LAVRI.NET said she will refund my account after she gave me the cryptic email address of the the alleged purchase......Thanks JGB for the info on the ebook article.

        i got charged $28.95 from lavri.net and ive been trying to call them and no answer, always a voicemail. how did you get ahold of them? how do i make it so they stop charging my account??? im so freaked out right now bc me or my husband never made a purchase from this company!!

          I just received my bill and had a bill for 28.95 from lavri.net.  Same thing, I call and just get a voice mail.  I have a dispute sent into my CC company. The transaction date took place on Nov 15.  As of right now, since that date, there hasn't been anything charged to my account other than what I've charged.

    Got a charge for 1.86 on my B of A debit card showing a company phone # of 770-451-9777.  Canceled the card for fear of this being a "test" charge.  Thanks everyone for the info so I got the card canceled before they had a chance to really screw up my account!

    I didn't get a call but my account was charged $28.95.I had used my debit on the internet for christmas presents.this number was on my online bank statement.i canceled my debit card but this is rediculous all of the fraud on so many people.i called the number and surprise it was a recording.

    SAME THING! I GOT CHARGED 28.95 AND ONLY A VOICEMAIL TO CALL! YES CANCEL THE CARD SO IT DOESN'T KEEP HAPPENING...THERE ARE MORE PHONE #'S ASSOCIATED TO THIS SCAM...BUT WIERD, I'M WITH BOA AS WELL AS OTHERS REPORTING THIS 28.95 CHARGE???

    I didn't get a call, but had the $28.95 charge to Lavri.net on my BOA card.  I called BOA and they voided the charge and told me to destroy the card.  Anyone getting that $28.95 charge from Lavri.net should contact the bank right away!
