I believe this # to be a scam.  They had partial information & wanted me to verify additional.  When I questioned them I was threatened with criminal charges for an alleged bad check offense from 3 +/- years ago.  When I asked to speak with a supervisor the caller got nasty and hung up on me.  I called again this morning and now mysteriously my information is not in their records.  Again when I ask for a supervisor I'm hung up on or put on hold when I call back.

I believe a scam also they just change the numbers when you don't answer trying to scare people I'm sure like the rest is about an old payday loan I have paid back to three different companies because of scare tactics don't fall for it like I did in the past but no more if I owed anyone how come I don't receive anything in the mail Scammers scumbags

She started to tell me I owed from taking a pay check in advance. Those places that do check advances. I've never in life did that. So when I told her that she then said oh its for a loan from connex I said that was paid off many many years ago. She said well you will have to go to court I asked what court and what's the case number she couldn't tell me she said a court house in CT and they will mail me information. I laughed and said you are just reading off my credit report because even though I paid off the loan from connex they haven't removed it from my credit  report. So I know it's fraud. She's just reading off my credit report. I need to call on behalf of my credit report and tell them about this and see if there's anything they can do. When I asked for the name of her company she rambled something I asked for the name of the ellegid people I owe she said oh they won't speak to you to confirm you can only go through us now. It's a scam. Protect yourself

Then the next day Lily Stewart said please return my call to rectify your case involving your name, phone number and social security number in this time sensitive matter. You can tell she was scripted him not so much. I called back out of curiosity and they rambled my husbands name, birthdate and last four of his social. When I tried to ask her any questions she told me I wasn't him and to pass the message along. I said no and she said fine I'll just forward the case and said something I didn't understand. So Yes, I believe this to be a scam especially when we've recieved nothing in the mail and the number they called from and I called back is listed for alot of different calls, vacations, loans, IRS so um yeah. Be careful and use your head! Let your loved ones know because some people fall for this scam stuff.

Scam scam scam. Don't believe it. For the past week these scam artist call my phone everyday
Its a man and woman that will call and ask for your first and last name in social.

Another scam, don't let them scare you. Tell them you are going to call the court house yourself so they can expect the information. Also tell them to record your conversation so You can use it in court. Then tell them their momma is ashamed of them and hang up. Block their number if you can. If you have a payday loan or have had one call them and ask them to send you a fraud/scam complaint form. Please fill it out and return it but keep a copy. This will cover you.

It's Sunday evening. Is there no ethical code or law regarding spam calls or calls from bill collectors? As soon as I answered the call (I did give a greeting) male caller says "Hello, is Sonya there?" As if he was sure he had the right number. Before I could say "You have the wrong number" he hung up. But this isn't the first time someone from this number has called. Friday and Saturday evenings, they call. Wrong Person. Wrong number.

Bill collectors have no ethics or morals.  There is no law that says they cannot call on Saturday, Sunday, Holiday, Valentine's Day, Super Bowl Sunday, or any other day as long as they call from 8 am to 9 pm your time.

I didn't answer, but the Caller I.D. said Villa Rica GA.

Didn't answer, no message left and also live in Villa Rica (ID just said Georgia for me).. I see another person from Vila Rica just received a call 38 minutes ago so it sounds like Robo-calling to me.
