Constantly get calls ( or my fax machine does...Ha Ha!) ... Citi Financial.... it's a telephone bolier room, doing debt collection on credit accounts... called them back, asked them to stop calling, all they could do was grunt alot, and repeatedly ask my name, since I've never had anything to do with them (CITI), they didn't need my name.  Told them to remove my phone number from thier system, said the couldn't without my name....  I hung up, obvisouly a waste of time.  I listed them at the do not call voiolation sight. ( not that it does any good)
