- Lismb4269Jonesboro, GA Is another fradulant number. Bout to file a fraud report on my social security number, and hubby's. They claim they are calling me stating they have me investigated for fraud against my SS Number. Dumbasses won't quit. Same people from Denver, Colorado. Keep telling them that you know they are a scam!!! Tell them that you're gonna call the cops on them and do NOT let them talk. This supposed agent, tried to talk i cut her off. They get mad when you do that.
- mcdooJust received a call from this #. Same as the ones from Colorado. Same thing as everyone else reports fraud on my SS#. Funny thing is if it was a legit company they wouldn't be calling from different states. LOL I am not new to these scammers.
- Ahmawad| 1 replyI just got a call from this number they claimed that criminal charges will be filed against my ssn number within the local District Attorney's Office. So little did they know that I'm in law school and I'm interning at my local DAs office and brought it to their attention today and it's confirmed to be a scam. They had me for a few seconds, good actors they deserve a Grammy.

- fergy| 1 replyGot a call from this number and about ten others trying to say I have case against me this is getting old
- Alfalfa replies to fergyThis is (one of many) criminal extortion scams that have been going on for years. Many are operating overseas and out of the reach of US law enforcement, while others are operating within the confines of prison cells here in the US, using contraband cell phones. Others are using VOIP. Either way, they are able to disguise their identities and locations, making them next to impossible to prosecute. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting victims' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.
- Annoyed replies to AnonReceived the same message lol
- KI started getting calls from Longmont, CO, then Denver, CO now Georgia. I answered one time and chatted with the person. I said I didn't feel comfortable providing payment until I reviewed the billing and I asked them to mail me a statement. They told me they mailed me it 3x (which I never received) and that they were not legally obligated to mail it again. I said well I'm not paying anything until I see a real bill and then they hung up on me.
- Caller: Legal Fraud?

- KevinI received several phone calls from this number. I researched it and found it to be spam/scam. I called it back and stated, " I've been in contact with you guys all morning. I've come to find out that this number is a scam company and my wife who is a paralegal ( she really is ), would love to speak with you could you please hold on moment?" They hung up on me. I tried to call back several ( 9 ) times, and was hung up on each time. Definitely a scam. I haven't heard back from them.

- JWI started receiving these calls a few weeks ago. I just block the numbers they call in from, but I also gave all the information I had to the State Attorney General in Florida, Pam Bondi. She is a tiger on these scams so the best thing you can do is report this to your state attorney general's office so they can open an investigation. Give them all numbers you have. Do NOT answer these calls or call them back, they are most likely out of the country scammers trying to steal your identity or gain access to your bank accounts. Block the calls and ignore them once you have reported it to your AG.
- Call type: Debt collector
- GetOffMyLine replies to AnonTHANK YOU! That was the same ridiculous scripted line that I received and they don't get tired of calling you. I even called back to put a stop to it and asked them to tell me the name of their company and they blurted out Gibberish and when I asked them to repeat it, they hung up the phone on me 3 times. I couldn't agree more!
- MBGot an automated message from this number stating that my name, social security number, and checking account are now involved in a fraud investigation and to call this number back.
