Person called me, I called back and person would not tell me who they were and why they were calling and continued to harass me for information.

This guy called and left message. No other info.  Called back, got answering machine.

A person call my wife and would only say he was with the wellness center.  And identified himself as Mr. Presley.  

I got a call at work and it was Mr. Presley and asked about my injury.  I had a broken foot after the accident and told him it was being handled.  He said ok ...  The accident was in Ohio why is someone calling me from Atlanta, Ga?  They must have got the police report to get my home & work phone numbers.

received a call from a Mr. Presley stating he would like to set up an appointment with a doctor because of my recent accident.  i said "no" and he said "you understand if you don't see a doctor within a couple of days than i would not be covered under any type of medical insurance.  He did say he was from the Wellness Center.

How did he know I was in an accident??????

A woman called and asked how my injury was from my accident and I asked who she was. She said she was from the Accident Wellness Group. I asked why she was calling becuase my insurance company had not mentioned her organization would be contacting me for any reason. She would not answer my questions and just continued to ask if I was ok. Finally, I asked how she got my information and she said it was "forwarded" to her. I then told her I was at work and was unable to discuss the situation and she hung up on me.
Who are these people??

My wife just received a call from the 770 980 1186 number, which originates out of Marietta, Ga and tagged with the name Kevin Woodard.  They identified themselves as Doctors Wellness Group, but refused to give an individual name.  They kept asking her if she was hurt in her accident and that it was standard police procedure to follow-up on such things.  We contacted the police department that handled the accident and they assured us this was a scam and not regular police procedure, and that people like this probably get the police reports because they are public record and try to scam people.  Anyway, we called them back and got a machine, of course, and left a message that we filed a complaint with our police department and plan on calling the Marietta police department and inform them of the scam.

I also live in Ohio and had an accident in Ohio.  I had a woman leave me a vague message over 2 weeks after the accident occured just stating her name "Michelle" that she was with "Wellness Group", number to call her back and that it was about the "car accident" that I was in.  Upon calling her back she referred to the company as "Doctors Wellness Group" and asked if I was injured.  When I said my injuries had been taken care of she informed me that I could call back if I wanted to seek further assistance.  I have no idea how she got my information.

LaTonya Reis (or Reece) left a message on my phone from 770-980-0982 (caller ID had Kevin Woodard's name).   The message asked me to call her back at 800-258-5314 because she had a question about my recent accident.  I had to leave a message.  She called me back on 770-980-1614 (again, caller ID was Kevin Woodard).   I questioned who she was with (Wellness Center) and the nature of her call.  Said they worked with a network of doctors and wanted to set up an appointment if I didn't already have a doctor.   I questioned whether she was with an attorney and she said no. I found a Chiropractor named Kevin Woodard listed on-line.

Got a voicemail from LaTonya.  She said she was calling from The Wellness Center in regard to my recent automobile accident and that it was urgent that I return her call.  All I get is "LaTonya's" voicemail.
