Scammers trying to get money from me saying I ilegally obtained a bank loan for a motorcycle.   I never owned a bike plus didn't have my correct address or social security number.  They even said I was a liar!  If I could I'd find this office and see who's a liar!  

They call me everyday saying her name is Karen Rodgers and I'm under investigation for a financial fraud case that's being downloaded in my county today. Says she needs to talk to me or my retained attorney scammers. These type of people got me once before and hacked my bank account and stole money

This is a scam = talked to local police & was advised not to answer calls - got truecaller - a great app blocks all calls so they go direct to voice mail....

Voice mail from "Karen Rodgers" said there was an active criminal investigation against "you" and I need to speak with "you" or your attorney regarding this matter that is being downloaded in your county. First of all who is YOU? If this was for me then you should leave information such as my name, it might help me believe you are telling the truth. Second of all they are scammers. My aunt works for an attorney and has pulled them up and they are fraudulent people, that steal peoples bank account information and then their money!

Number calls repeatedly for Michelle Robinson. I dont know that is?

they keep calling saying this is for you. This is Karen Rodgers. i am part of an active investigation downloading into my county today to speak to my lawyer or myself.

I just received the same message from Karen Rogers too. I have been scammed out of money previously and just delete on my phone.

Received a call from the above number this evening saying that I am being investigated.

Total scam.  The name Karen Rogers appears frequently on these type of zombie debt scams.  She has a history on 800notes.   Usually they involve threatening you with criminal prosecution for 1.  Check fraud, 2.  Bank fraud  and 3 defaulting on a payday loan or other bad debt.  Total nonsense, of course check and bank fraud are crimes where the bank is the vicitm and makes the complaint, not some scammy debt collector.  Being in debt is not a crime and you can't be arrested for it.  Block her calls,  do not answer or return there calls.  They are just a gang of white collar crooks.  Nobody has been able to find them.  This Karen Rogers has been plying her trade for years.

I got a phone message saying there is an investigation under your name and being downloaded into your county by Karen Rogers.  777-999-4488 I tried to call them back to talk to a live person and called failed.  I spoke to a live person 1 week before stating the a similar situation stating I had a payday advance online loan back in Jan 2013.  I checked my account for Jan 2013 and there was no deposit for $500 dollars.  
Total Scam and I talked to my attorney and said to search google to see if anyone else experiences the number and now I'm writing about the scam.

Pretend to be from criminal financial division where I'm the central figure in a criminal investigation  being downloaded in my county and contact them or with my attained attorney  etc.   Julie Rogers is the contact person

The same Karen Rogers that called before from 770-999-9448 called and left another message lacking in WHO THE CALL WAS FOR mentioning no name nor did she leave any info besides being under investigation. Obvious scammer as any legit firm would leave who the call is for, what company they are from, a call back number and why they are calling.  As before, I have reported it to our state's attorney's office.

I too received a voicemail from someone stating they were Karen Rogers calling from a Financial crime division and she stated that they where working on a case and that it was being downloaded to my  county today and that they needed to speak to me or my attorney immediately.

Problem is, nobody knows where these people are located or even if they are some kind of legal entity.  I think they are just a group of white collar  criminals who rent out a house or a run-down back room of a commercial establishment.

That lady just doesn't give up.

Everyone ought to call Karen back up and tell her to check in with 800notes.com and read all the wonderful things people are saying about her.  I tried to, but I forgot she  blocked  me awhile back on some other scam number she appears on.  Funny thing is, she's got a history, but she doesn't change her MO.

The interesting thing about her messages is she NEVER mentions THE PERSON she is calling for and she NEVER and NEVER leaves a call back number. Has anyone heard her mention your name at all on the messages or if you answer?
We've had a few scammers call just like this one and when they say. "I am calling to inform YOU.." I ask, "Who's YOU? Who are you calling for?" They usually answer with "I'm calling you.." or "The person at this number". When they answer in that manner, they are calling randomly from a list they received. That list can be provided through numerous sources like firms who sell calling list info for extra cash.
