This a collection call from a Commonwealth Financial.  I have never done business with these people and despite being told that they are prohibited from calling me as I have never done business with them, there is a caller i.d. from them atl least 3 times a seek.  Caller I.D. comes up Juaquin Cruz.

This number has been repeatedly calling me over the last 3 weeks. I call back and get no response. when I did talk to someone, he asked for my name and then hung up.

With caller ID, I kept ignoring the call. Started answering. For English press 1, possible Spanish, I guess2. Pressed 1. We will be with you shortly. Nice piano music. Hung up after 10 seconds. My time is valuable to me. I guess it is not valuable to them.

The bastars...keep harassing time...after...time... ingenously hacking vulnerable people as their PREY...and thinking that people are stupid enough to give them their PERSONAL info. For their corruptive system!..report to the B.B.B.

they keep calling according to other posts is collection agency only problem i am not past due on any of my bills they ask for your name i ask who are you trying to reach as i dont owe no one why would i give you my name so you can steal my identity

People...its not a collection agency.   its a prank.   someone will answer if you call back.   some spanish person.  CALL THE DAMN COPS

They have called more than 3 times a day. Did not pik up n they do not leave the message. IDK

This number is such a SCAM! They are claiming I owe money from a previous debt I paid from 2005! They call pretty much everyday 2-3 times a day. I am at work when they do, so I just get 2 second voicemails from the automated messages they leave. My credit is perfect as I just bought a new car and got 2.29 % financing! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!!!! SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS!

January 2013, This number calls me at least once a day on my cell and never leaves a message. I never answer calls where I don't recognize the number & after reading this post, I'm very glad I don't! I will be blocking this number, so thanks for the posts about this!

02 October 2013 Received incoming call on my cell phone. Since I had been making some resource calls and waiting for call backs, I wasn't sure who/what this number was. I called back.  The message identifed them as Commonwealth Financial with the music and language selection.  I just hung up.

Calls my number 3 x a day with no message left on voicemail.  They just hang up

get calls all day long from this number. one time i answered it and the guy asked for a dennis and i cant remember the last name he used and i told him there is no here by that name and he said he would take the number off their list and wont bother me again, well that was a lie. they wont stop

I don't know who this is and I wish they would stop calling my number - I am on the no call list

They call here all the time!  I just contacted my land line phone co (via internet) (Xfinity) and had this phone number put on the call rejection list. You should be able to do this whoever your phone co is.

This number ois one of many who call me leave no message. SCAM.

I received a call from this number on my cell phone. Never do I answer a call from a number I do not recognize. If it is important enough, who ever it is, can leave a message. Who ever this was, did not leave a message. I immediately googled and learned I was not the only one with this issue. Thanks for the info!

I'm with you on this. I just got a call on my cell phone 2min ago.

Appears to be a bill collecting site. They have called multiple times. When I called to tell them I was NOT the person they were seeking, they took the information and rudely hung up on me -- without saying Thanks or Goodbye, etc.

They called me and told me it was a collection agency and they were trying to collect a bill from a emergency room physician in Illinoi from 2006.  I told them I no longer live in Illinois and haven't in years. He then asked for my current address.  I refused to give it to him and he was unable to tell me who the bill was for (my husband, myself, child etc) and claimed he couldn't due to Hippa laws.  We did not visit the ER in Illinois on that date since we had already moved to Texas. Seems like a scam.  I told him to get the patient info and call me back he hasn't.  Hope they're not stealing my identity.
