Got a call from Alex Vargas saying he was a process server, number showed up twice this week.  I acted as if I couldn't understand what he was saying.  He kept pronouncing my name incorrectly so I knew then he was fake.  I kept asking what company he was from all he would say is Did I or was I **************** *************. I told him no i wasn't and I asked who he was again to annoy him.  He said he was trying to help me because I was being served.  First off papers must be filed in court in order for someone to be served.  I checked and no court case was in Cook County for me.  I told him that whoever you are trying to contact I advised him to send certified letter but don't call here again.  Dude was fake as hell, he need to know the rules and run that scam somewhere else.  

This number has called several times in the last few days.
"You've been served", a different callback phone number each time and the same "reference number".

100% scam and phish!

The sometimes call themselves "State-to-State Processing" or "Recovery State Solutions" or "State Processing".  

Possibly this group: URG  -  United Recovery Group (operating under whatever they are calling themselves now.)

I rec. calls from this number almost every day & night at 9;45 P.M. You don't have the nerve to leave a message--nothing but a scam-----

I continue to receive calls from this # usually around 3-4pm.  Couple three times a week maybe.  They never leave a message, and I never answer because I checked em out here first.
