Another robocall.  It's the same 'ol, same 'ol.  They can lower my interest rate.  Yeah, right.  I've been getting a lot of new numbers calling lately but are the same slimy scammers who have been harassing me for years.  It's listed as Unknown Name and starts talking through my answering machine greeting so I don't know if they identify themselves or not but they usually don't.
