No message left by this number.  Very obnoxious.  No matter who you are you should certainly leave a message should you want a response.

I received a call from 773 303-8150 leaving a voice mail saying they were from Apex.  The number can be traced to Chicago, Illinois.  They did call me by my name, but my voice mail says my name before leaving a message.  I do not have anything to do with any company in Chicago.  Does anyone know who these people are?

Yeh there a collection agency.  Last one before it goes to to court.  good luck

called on a sunday asking for someone who has never lived here. Left obscure and threatening message, then hung up

773-303-8150 calling for someone we never heard of. they would not stop so we reported to ftc. We advise everyone to go to ftc.gov and report these people. they are fishing with robo dialers which is illegal.

Was called by this number, they NEVER leave a message so I have NO IDEA who is calling or what it is regarding??? If someone calls to speak with you about something don't you think they would have more chance to get a response if they leave a message??? So rude.
