Showed up on my caller ID.

Someone from sent me an email that appears to be spam used this number in their signature and address:

I just received the same bogus e-mail.

Received a phone call in Canada for person asking to purchase Sony digital cameras using a credit card.
Exactly same information as above.
Notice the name of the company in the signature and the company name in the email address are different.

I received an email from Jennifer of MM Trade Inc. using this phone number also. Said she wanted to order 32 Sony Cyber shot cameras and use a credit card to purchase them.  They are 400.00 camera's wholesale, so I don't think she would just pick a small company she knows nothing about to buy them from. It's a scam.

I see you got a similar email, to purchase the cameras.....interesting!
Are you a promotional products distributor? That is my business, I don't believe someone legit would want to order 32 expensive cameras from a business they know nothing about...

I got the same e-mail. Even though it looked fishy, I responded to see what would happen and received a follow up e-mail a couple weeks later. They did not want to talk on the phone, but were anxious to provide payment information (credit card) without ever hearing a price or delivery information. I guess they cut right to the chase. I did not respond.

My boss received a request for quotation on some digital camneras and me being lazy I didn't want to do it, so I googled the company and got this! I suppose they're scammers than? Thanks!
