This number called me on my text plus number. On my iPod. I couldn't answer. I called back on my cell phone and it didn't even ring. So idk.

Said something about me winning a cruise with Carnaval. Yeah right..lol

I refuse to answer unknown calls. Glad to know I made the right decision.

Iif it's really important they would leave a message or text me who they are...

Yes, they called me too.  I did try to call back but nothing.  It seems you called a while ago so now its my turn for what ever reason.  At least we will eventually get to the bottom of this.  Take care.

I can't stand unsolicited calls either, but you have no right to complain if you didn't even bother answering the phone.

Picked up the call from 773-696-0999 Chicago thinking (foolishly) that I could get removed from their list.
First it's a robo-call telling you "You've won a Cruise from the sweepstakes form you submitted!"
"Hi, this is Dena, who am I speaking with?"  Well, Dena, who are you with?  
"Travel Services here in Aurora, IL"  
Well, Dena, I've never in my life filled out a cruise sweepstakes form.  I'm afraid of the water, so this isn't legit.
"I don't have a name! I don't have YOUR name!  Someone used this phone number on the sweepstakes form!"
That would be me, and I didn't.
"Well you haven't had that phone number forever, have you?  Probably it was the person who had it before you."
Dena, I've had this number 17 years!
"Well cruise lines have been around 50..."
(so you're saying this sweepstakes entry is 20-50 years old? Do you listen to yourself?)  I didn't say that.
I said This is obviously a scam, and I'm reporting this to the FTC.

So much for getting removed from a list.
I wouldn't pick any of them up, but some numbers all and hang up on the answering machine repeatedly.

Just called. Blank voicemail.

It sounded like a calling machine making outgoing calls for a tele-marketer.  They called me and when i answered, there was a beeping sound and they hung up.

I was also called about this cruise yesterday afternoon. Scam.

With the new upgrade on the iPhone you can now block callers from calling! Many calls blocked!!!

i find it hilarious that people would EVER answer the phone for someone they didnt know. i noticed this caller on my caller id but since it was out of area this is the first website i check. glad i did. i NEVER answer callers with an unfamiliar area code (i live in ms and so do all of my family and friends so there would be nobody i know calling me from 773) or people who call "private" "blocked" "unknown" etc. do not pick up the phone guys, its that simple! IF IT IS IMPORTANT THEY WILL LEAVE YOU A VOICEMAIL. If you do not receive a voicemail or its the stupidest voicemail you ever heard... never answer. bye!

Called my cell, numbers of friends and family are in my phone, so when a call comes in that is not known by my list, I dont answer. And I didn't set up my voice mail either, don't want them using up my minutes.
If its a Collection Agency and not for you, you can sue them! Won two cases so far, and two to go. saw where one guy on the internet, desided to get multiply phones so he could sue them multiply times!!!
