It's me again.....Just out of curiosity, I Google searched the address listed on the so-called "website" of Law Office of Parker & Parker.  They list their address as 121 N. LaSalle Street, 31st Floor, Chicago, IL 60602.  Well....how interested I was to find that this address is actually the address of City Hall!  Good Lord!!!! How stupid do these jerks think we all are?  Anyway, this just adds further proof that this is a totally bogus company and that it is just all part of the scam.....give them NOTHING!!!

I rec'd a phone call today from 773-340-6852 saying he was calling from the Law Office of Parker and Parker about a very serious legal matter.  I had defaulted on a payday loan from a company of which I had never heard.  He was foreign whom I could barely understand.  I have tried to find a listing in Illinois, couldn't find one.  when I called the number back to see how they answered, it was definitely not a professional office.  Who do you report this stuff to??  Also looks like they have more than 1 number I tried the 7737416599 and sounded like the same guy that called me on the other number.  Good grief I guess they think we are all stupid!

I received a call from the same number saying I had three lawsuits against me for bank fraud and check fraud.  I looked up Parker and Parker and found out the company is in India. Which would explain the guys accent.  If anyone has any information on this topic please let me in on it.  The guy knew my last four of my social and my birthdate. my email is Jonathon1505@netscape.net

I get this call all the time... I work for ATT mobility Business to business and that is not a verified business, and that website is also fake!

I just recieved a call from this number 773-741-6599 from a law office of parker and parker.  They said I default on a payday loan.  I listen then I told them to do what they have to do.  I recieved no paperwork about this just a threating phone call.  The name of the person is Kevin Walker he left a message for me to return the call if I ignore the message things will unfold for me.  I have been harrassed I wish they would stop calling.   These people need to be stop.  They used diffrent numbers and names 1 858 224-8121 his name was chris martin foreign indvidual with a thing accent.

Tell them u have contacted the attorney general and federal trade commission and you have a law suit against them and every call you have been recording.......

i got a call from 773-741-6599 they said i need to pay a debt and i own 3,000.00 or they will have me in jail if i didnt pay i canged my home phone number and now they or calling on my cell phone.  i told them to stop calling me and i also told them i was recording every call the guy told me to f*** off and he didnt care.  i called the police they said the best thing to do is change my number but how mean time do i need to change my number?

i recevied a call today from 773-741-6484 stating i had an outstanding payday loan wouldnt give me the name of the place or anything. He had all my personal information. i told him that i never received a payday loan and i wasnt paying for money i never received. i told him he could whatever he wanted to and he said he would see me in court. what should i do?

be aware whatever you read above comments that has been done by one stupid person because he is running away from the situation and all comments are being done by same guy  

this is a original company not any debt collection agency.so don't worry about that. be helpful to them.

I just received a call from this same 773-741-6599 number...the message they left was from the lawfirm of Parker and Parker and there was a lawsuit about to unfold against my name and social security number....I should call before something happens....Don't these people ever get tired....they prey on what they believe to be unsuspecting persons......payday loans, check frauds you name it...they can't seem to stop!  The best defense is if you happen to catch them-tell them to send what they have to your attorney and he will deal with it.....guaranteed you won't get anything-but the poor slob who thinks he's in trouble may wind up sending hundreds of thousands of dollars to them just to make it go away!!! Beware and be careful....

The website attached to this so called law firm is under construction and law firm does not appear to be real. Check it out-google it...these guys are telemarketers preying on people's fears!!!  

In the event they are monitoring this site, everyone, file a report and a complaint with the FCC and the federal trade commission immediately. Also file a complaint with the Attorney General of your state and the attorney general in Chicago-773 is a Chicago area code...the best defense is a good offense!

I just got a call from these losers too!!!  I told them that I never eceived a loan and didn't owe them any money, so to stop calling!!!

I get this call all the time saying they are going to prosecute me if I don't call them.  Its a bogus number.  I have filed several reports against them to my local FBI office, my local police department and to the customer care center.  They are all aware of the calls and told me it was a prank call.  The number they gave me was 773-741-7351 and he told me his name was Josha Black.

its a scam don't listen to them they did the same thing to me that the cops were going to be in my house in about thirty minutes and the cops never arrived i talked to the cops and the cops told me they were not taking me to jail, they don't take you to jail for pay day loans, thats a waist of time. so don't listen to those scams, they are breaking the law. we have to be more aware of this monsters.
