These guys threatened to have me in court facing criminal charges for fraud and writing bad checks associated with an online payday loan. I'm a op and these dumbies didn't believe me. They told me I'm going to be in big trouble for interfering with an official investigation. I have one question!!! Where the hell are the law enforcement officials that are supposed to be dealing with these types of [***]?

I had a call from them as well and they did not leave a message. I agree where are the police that are suppost to deal with this stuff. I am tired of getting these phone calls with no message or they keep calling. i am not answering any calls with number I do not know.

I received three phone calls today from an identified person of Jason Miller at Parker and Parker law firm trying to locate Laquisha O'Neal. He said it was of an important matter related to legal action and social security. The number he left to call back was 773-741-7498. I have somehow had my office number spammed from creditors looking for Laquisha O'Neal.

These people have heavy, thick accents and are threatening to throw me "behind the bars" for a long time. They say they wish me "good luck" on my current situation. They say that there is an outstanding payday loan and have my last four digits of my SS number and employer. To be honest, I have had payday loans but they are all paid up.

What do I do? They are threatening to call authorities and they do know my place of employment.

First of all these people are not legitimate.  There was a story about these idots not long ago regarding this scam.  I have attached the link so you can educate yourself on how to handle these morons.

I just got a similiar voice mail from Officer Daniel Park, very heavy Asian Accent, stating he needs my attorned to call him immediately, or I am going to jail.  I have had pay day loans also, but they were paid back on time.  I like calling these idiots back, and just mess with them, its hilarious.

I received a missed call from and voicemail stating either me or my retained attorney to call them.  The person who left me the message has a accent and says it is a time sensitive matter and so forth.

This same man has been also calling my work and phone and identifies himself as Officer John Reed or maybe Creed. I can't understand the idiot very well and said that I should call him the very second I get this message, that there is a complaint against me and that I am in serious trouble with the law. I have reported these people to the FTC and my State Atty. General's Office. I am so tired of these people calling me. This is nothing but a big scam and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about them except continue to ignore the calls, don't respond to them. The secretary at my States Atty. General's Office said she was even getting these calls and at work too. I mean, these people are stupid, don't send them any money, no one is coming after you. Put an alert on your credit report, this is free. I even called them back told them to kiss my a** and gave them my Atty's number and they will not call them. My attorney even called them and told them to quit calling me and they tried to argue with him. He laughed at them and hung up after a few choice words. They are a scam and call your State Attorney General's Office or the Consumer Protection Office at 18002814418 or the FTC (Federal Trade Consumers Office) at 18773824357 to report them every time they call you. And these scammers have alot of different numbers and use a different one every time they call. Never give them any information. I know I am not supposed to hate anyone my I am really on the verge of hating them.

Had the same type of people call my mom's phone. How stupid is that for them to claim a law suit against me but they call my mom's numbers kept asking for my information. Don't you think that if you are being sued that whoever it is sure have your information most of all your number so they can let you personally. Stupid, stupid, stupid. You people should be put in jail!!!!!!!!!!. He told me that his name was Sam Perkins.

My friend has been receiving the same call from these people.  They are trying to get in touch with me but I have no phone right now.They are very rude and mean.  Is there anything I can do about they?  Yes I have payday loans but I'm paying on them.  HELP SOMEONE!!!

I can not believe that these people called my phone today! I had no idea of what that were talking about. Yes !!!! I have payday loans to pay back bu tnot for the company that they are talking about. I wanted to let him have it. First of all they call from a cell phone that has bad reception. Then they tell me an address that I dont even live at. Then they tell me the agency that I worlk for, they are good but not better then me! I told that lady that she need to change her tone of voice when she is talking to me and to move to a different area becuse i could not hear her on her prepaid phone. I also told her to give the state for which I took the loan out in,,,, They told me Washington, but if i didnt it online wont the smart thing to say is you completed it online!!!!! So I asked her to give me the account number that it went to, the date that it was sent, the amoun that was sent, the date that I was suppos to pay it back, my full ss#............. etc...... She couldnt answer none of it. Lil sis she know that I work for a law firm, I and when I told them that I havent recieved a call from them since. Yall be blessed

I got a voice mail from this number also and this time his name was Officer John Reed.  It is the same people all the time.  I have reported this to the FTC and the Consumer Protection Office.  THIS IS A SCAM.  Unfortunately, all you can do is to continue to ignore their calls and they will get fewer and further between.  I talked to the secretary at my states atty. generals office and she said to ignore these types of calls.  If you don't know who it is, don't answer it.  And they will call your work place, fortunately my workplace knows its a scam.  I even gave them my lawyers number and they will not call them.  THEY ARE NOT COMING AFTER YOU...THIS IS A SCAM...AND THEY CHANGE THEIR NUMBERS DAILY...IT IS BOTHERSOME...THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE GET THIS PHONE CALLS EVERYDAY.

Officer Dan keeps calling me. I said "officer? police officer" he said "officer of investigations" I asked from where? Asked which police agency? He wouldn't answer.

Got another call this morning and "officer" Dan now said he's with the FBI.... I said as in Federal Bureau of Investigations? He said "God, don't you know who the FBI are? Said I'm gonna be behind bars... yeah right!

Whoever it is is clearly playing games and very irritating, I'm trying to figure out how to block the number
