This is a recorded message in spanish, so I have no idea what it's about.  I kept hanging up, and they called back over and over. I finally unplugged the phone.

I received 2 calls back to back from these people with different numbers.  They had and english message about the collect call charges.  Then a mexican sound guy (who was suppossed to identify himself) comes on saying that there was a federal emergency at the coo county prison and that I needed to press "0".  I hung up and the dumb mugs called back.  They couldn't tell me my name, so I kept hanging up!  The numbers they used to call me were 773-847-9128 and 773-890-9830.

Subjects are calling citizens saying they need to bail out their friend and requesting the called party to provide credit card information to make the payment.  We have had two victims and another attempt in the Los Angeles Metro Area.  The caller ID showed 773-847-9128.  Do not provide your credit card information to anyone over the phone that you have not called to place an order.  We have reports under our case numbers 08-10705 and 08-10757 and will be making a press release ASAP on this to be disseminated in the media.
