said "prison" on caller id

My mom had told me that she received 6 calls on Sunday from a prison and when she answered it was in spanish so she hung up.  Well today while I was visiting her, it happened again.  The ghetto ass loser on the other line said he was a "911" dispatcher and we needed to contact a SGT. Jackson right away because there's been an accident.  He gave us a bagde number and asked me to repeat the number back to him.  My mother freaked out.  My older brother is visiting friends in Chicago right now, so she was very worried.  I assured her that if it was a real emergency the police would have come to the door instead.  I called the number given to me and found out that our calls had been forwarded to someones cell phone.  If anyone calls from a 773-847-8104 of 773-847-9421 and askes you to dial *72 and a number, don't do it.  If you already have dial *73 on your phone to cancel the forwarding.

Got a call from this same number...Recording in Spanish then a prompt saying "To continue in English, Press 1."  When we press 1, some gangsta answers the phone and tells us he's with Mercy Dispatch for the Orange County Police Department.  Orange County doesn't have a police department!  It's a sheriff's office!  He said there the computers were automatically dialing numbers.  To get off some "list" he asked us to dial a number and ask for Sgt. Clark.  773-887-4436, ext. 1172.  Hang up right away!  Caller ID said it was from "Prison."
