It was charter communication

no message, but I was thinking it could be charter, cause they are the only ones that call me like this.  i block their number, then a month goes by and they start calling from a different number.

They have called me 5 times in the past 3 days.  I finally answered,  and it was charter.  I thought that after our conversation they would stop calling,  but they have tried again twice today

Received 3 calls from this number today.  I answered and they hung up!  Second time I let it go to voice mail.  No message was left.  Third time I answered and they hung up!

Constantly getting calls from this number.  The first time caller ID said Emperon Market, not the last 5 calls (in less than 24 hours) says Charter.  Obviously a spoofed number.  What can we do about these calls?

I answered this # yesterday,  and it was charter,  wanting to know who I have as a cable provider, since I have them for internet

Also called several days in a row.  Left a 2 second silent vmail.  I don't have Charter.

This call is from Charter. They keep calling even though I told them to stop.

I keep getting calls from this number as well. I've repeatedly asked Charter to stop pestering me by phone and mail, but they just don't stop. I'm already a customer - they're just making it easy for me to leave.

Three calls, an email and snail mail from charter today alone just to see if I want to up my service.
If I want to up my service I would have when I signed up in the first place don't need charter stalking me

This is a Charter number. I had them removing me from their call list with my land line and now they call my cell today. Again told to remove me.

Called 2 days ago and said they were charter, reading a script about signing up for TV.  I said not interested and he kept talking so I hung up.  ID said Charter.
Called again yesterday.  I clicked on and then hung up.  ID said Charter.
Just called again today, now ID says "unknown" but same #.
I think it really must be scammers using the charter name.

Got a call today from this number. they left no message so I did a google search and after finding this site, I blocked the number.

I get a call from them, Charter, everyday like clockwork at 10:53 a.m. I just ignore it and they never leave a message.

I called this number back and he claimed he was calling from Charter. I ask to have number unlisted and then called an actual Charter employee and reported the continuous calls. I was told this number is NOT Charter. They will follow up with this number. Also Charter gave me the FCC number 888-225-5322, and told me if the calls continue to call the FCC and complain.

Caller ID displays "Charter" but this company is actually a 3rd party telemarketer working on behalf of Charter (or so they say).  They have called me before and recently have been calling me every single morning for over a week.  Often, when I answer the phone, the automated system that should handle the transfer to an agent hangs up on me.  Yesterday, I called them back.  When I asked to be taken off of their list (as I did before), they informed me that it would take 45 days to do so.   I asked why this couldn't be a simple, and instantaneous, database update.  I got an excuse that it takes a while to update all of their call centers - I see this as nothing more than a delay tactic to give them ample opportunity to call again and again within the 45 day period.

They again called me this morning (Saturday) and woke me.  I called them back, informed them that I was recording the call and asked to speak to a manager.  I was connected to Brittany.  I told her that I was recording the call, that I expected to never be called by the company again, and that I would report them to the attorney general if they ever did call me again.  She said that she would have me taken off the call list immediately (what happened to the 45 day wait?) and gave me a number to call back if I needed to follow up (855-867-1979).
