"Cash Advance", claimed I was approved for a loan I had supposedly applied for.  During second call, told them to take my name and number off the list, and the guy refused to do so!  Told him I'd file an FCC complaint and hung up.  He (a south asian named "steven bond," supposedly) then CALLED ME BACK demanding to know "How I am having the right to hang up on him" and again told me he refused to remove my name and number from their call list.

These people don't give up, multiple calls & MSG left from multiple people saying different amounts I'm approved for that I never applied for. And they don't listen even if you tell them you're not looking for a loan. Call every hour or so, it's ridiculous

I recieved a call this week from a guy named Cruz Anderson and Kate Williams telling me I was approved for a loan for $3000. I needed to go buy a money pack and put 200.00 on it and call back.  I called back and got a voicemail with no company name or nothing. The 200 is supposed to be for a verification fee.....yeah I think I will hold onto my 200.00.   Damn shame these people are allowed to operate like this to take from hard working Americans and get away with it.  Thanks a lot government...  Oh wait there is no government.  Real damn shame our forefathers are probably turning over in their graves...

33 calls today in 12 hrs  from various numbers. 8 from this particular number. They sometimes ask for Tammy Sutton. Considering having my # changed.

Does anyone know who to get them to stop. Because of the government shutdown the FCC is not in operation you can not file a formal complaint. This company knows this and this why they keep harassing people. Also most likely these calls are being routed from outside of the country.

But hey if you have some down time. call the number back, they will answer. and keeping call them. maybe they will get the hint

Real charming people. After 15 calls and constantly telling them to remove my name from the list, they called again and also asked me why I dared hang up on them. Then the guy told me he was going to come to my house and [***] me!!

Did yu get any satisfaction I lost $200...

Tom, how did they ask that you pay ? If it was by Western Union or GreenDot, you will probably not be able to get your money back. However, if it was paid from your bank account, you may be able to get your bank to reverse the charges.

I just lost $700 to them and when I called back he told me to pay another 750 to get my money back.  I thought I was applying for a payday loan and was desperate and now I am screwed more than ever.

Green Dot money pack...where else do e go from here to stop them... they still answer the phone and think we are the stupid ones...

This number left more than 10 voice mails asking for Anita Grey saying she was approved for a $3000 loan.  There's no one by that name who lives here.

I get a phone call from 4 phone calls a day from this company telling me i was approved for a 3000.00 loan
and my payments will be 140.00 a month for 24 months. Same guy calls with a different name each time
can not get them to stop. called one time and told my there is a lawsuit aginst me in California. Even told me i
won 2million dollars but to claim it i had to go to walmart and get some kind of card to pay for the Processing fee. All from the same 775 number

You don't know who you can trust any more for a loan, I said the same thing every time they call, it's from a different number but the same guy. We only want $500 but they said we cannot go lower than $3000. But first need to send them money on a green card, first time was 183 we told him sorry no money right now, so then the next day he calls back and tells us that we are approved but need to send 140 on a green card, this is when I thought this is wrong with this. Let's stop them. Don't take any loans that you have to send money first. Please be careful. I am happy that we didn't have money to send them.

These people call me 43563467 times a day. I told them I know they are scamming me because 3000 paid off at 140$ per month with a 12& APR is ridic. Most companies would chrage 300+ a month with a 200 or higher APR if its a PAYDAY. Now they ignore my call when I call them back because I know they are scamming. Idiots.
