Tired of all this...Been going on for several months...repeatedly went thru routine of last 4 verification and being told no further calls only to receive more...My wife called and someone named Rose hung up on her...I called back and spoke to a "supervisor" who pretended concern and continuously interrrupted me during explanation of why I needed verification that our phone number was deleted from their system. We are an 810 beacon score household on the do-not call-list.

They call me twice a day and it's really annoying. They never leave a message and I never talk to them. MAKE THEM STOP

I have received about 20 calls over the past three weeks.  It is an annoying message asking for someone who does not live here.  Called and complained and told them to stop calling, but calls continued.  Calls have been from the number 1-775-319-1506.

I am tired of this company calling my home, it is automated, no one is ever there to answer and you cannot request to speak with anyone because the prompts do not have that option. The person they are asking for does not live here, never did, this is a new number. this call comes in every day sometimes 2 times a day. I want it to stop.

We get called daily with no message left.  We don't have any outstanding debts; vehicles, credit cards, house, furniture, dental work, medical bills, all paid for. I am on disability and my spouse works full time. Also, this is a new number for us. We have received nothing in the mail from this company who uses two different names. Finally, we blocked all their numbers and to be on the safe side, set the phone to fax mode. We never answer the phone anyway and only use this line to make outgoing calls.  If I find an address for them, I am going to file harrassment charges.  My fax machine records every call with a time and date stamp.  Proving excess is not going to be a problem.

Received recorded call for my wife from "Allied Interste" at (775) 319-1510.  The message cited an (800) XXX-XXX and reference number so quickly and then disconnected the call that I could not record the the 2 numbers.  The recording said they were collecting a delinquent debt.  I do not, nor does my wife, have any delinquent debts requiring a collection service.

they keep calling my cell phone. My cell is on the no call list. I refuse to cooperate with these ppl as I have told them to stop calling. Its herrasment and Ive told them as much only to get more phone calls. Far as Im concerned they can payoff what ever. Ive more then paid for it in dealing with them several times a day.

They called my house too. Never would verify who they were. Asked for a person who was not here.

I receive a call fom this number twice a day and this is about five to six day a week. Ther is a recorded message sometimes. I don't ever answer the phone but this is so annoying.

I recieved calls from 775-319-1507 starting about two weeks ago. They have been calling my cell about 2 or 3 times a day and just started calling my home phone. The home phone is not even listed in my name! They call the cell....don't leave a message and then immediately call the home phone....and don't leave a message. Its so annoying. Can't get anybody if you try calling back.

this is a collection agency as you may have guessed. By law, if you can get their mailing address, you can send them a letter telling them not to contact you again and they have to legally not contact you by phone or mail again. Just try this...

By law, a collection agency must stop contacting you after they receive a letter telling them to. The body of the letter should basically read:



Dear (whoever the  collection agency is),
    You are hereby notified under provision of public laws 95-109 and 99-361, also known as the Fair Debt Collection Practices act, that your services are no longer needed.
Your organization is to immediately CEASE & DESIST all attempts to collect this debt. I will not recognize any collection agency and will deal only with the original creditor, (whoever that creditor is).

I have been receiving calls from this number for severl weeks, often mor ethan one a day.  Never an answer. The other day, my wife called back and spoke to a person for 20 seconds.  I called today and they hung up.

They are collecting on a sprint bill, but will not even tell us who they are calling.

How can we find their address and stop this madness?

I called the phone number 775-319-1507 and asked for the address of the company. The representative asked why. I refused to answer. She asked for the account number. I then threaten to turn this company into the Nevada Attorney General's office. I was then given this address:

I spoke with Benita Moore who stated she would block my minor son's number and he would no longer receive these calls. I told her if he received one more phone call that the company would be looking at a law suit. She quickly told me it takes 24 hours for the block to go into effect.

These calls started last year and they would call 2 and 3 times a day....Finally after months they stopped, only to start again this week. They call early in the morning, again midmorning, afternoon and evening. Sometimes they leave a message, other times they don't. I am very thankful that "ticked off" got their mailing addy, as now I have something to work with. Next time they call I will answer the phone and tell them they will be charged with harrassement.

As soon as I wrote the above email, my phone rang again....the woman was not only rude, but hung up on me....I immediately called back and was told my # would be removed from their call list....I asked for their address just to verify and was given a different address and zip than the one they gave  signer"ticked off" this time the addy is

The woman asked if I wanted it to send them a letter! They probably give different addresses each time they are asked.

You can call till your blue in the face. Nothing will happen, We don't owe anything and no payments will be made.

I could get no information when I called their 800 # so I called their 775-319-1507, they were calling for someone (a Stewart Brooks, yeah right) else he asked for my # and that they would remove my number from their list when I asked for his name and agent number so I could follow up on this the jerk hung up on me...well, we will see if they call again and if they do I will call the State Corporation Commission in Nevada and report them.

I would suggest that anyone else would do the same.
