They call my house twice a day.

They keep calling me every year trying to collect on money that I had already paid out to Progressive insurance, and every year they get proof of payment and every year they say its taken care of but again every year they try to collect again.
So if you think the fact that you have already paid them is going to stop them from calling forget about it.

Do a search on the internet and this infamous debt collector shows up in many consumer forums, they are allegedly among the worst debt.

My story continues , just add this new phone number to your list of numbers they use.


My knowledge of some of the most unscrupulous collection agencies came as a result of a confusion of payment to progressive insurance. Years ago, my Progressive insurance collected a deductible amount for a no fault accident and repaired my wifes car. They were paid and the work was done and the other driver reimbursed them for payment. But because of some paper work error the information was sent to these people who have tried every year to collect on a bill that was paid. Every year since i have had to send proof of payment, which they say will stop them from bothering me again. Its been three years and they keep calling. Progressive insurance is not behind them , and has now clue about it.Yes and i still have their insurance, but they cant stop this company from bothering  me. No evidence  will stop them from calling, no proof of payment will stop them from calling, only a collection of money, may or may not. So if you owe the money, or not they will keep calling, If its another peroson who owes the money, and they have your number, they will keep calling.
    My advice is do not call them, first of all they dont know who they are calling, and they dont even know if there is a debt, they are just trying to make money on people who want to stop the calls from comming. Infact they will tell you that if you dont give them your information they  will keep that auto dialer calling you till you do.


Allied Interstate and other collection agencies buy old collection accounts for pennies and then it is hit and miss to collect money which may or most of the time is not due. Half the time they do not know who is on the phone and most of the time they have no clue if the debt is valid or not. It is simply telemarketing, some use voice activated recordings, some have live people who fish around until they figure out who they are talking to. Some threaten the public. Others use a variety of annoying phone calls at all times of the day or night to simply bother the person.

Do your self a favor, just on the first ring pickup and hang up, and note the time, cause the next day you will get an auto dail on the same time.  this will go on for two weeks , then they will call at another time with another number which belongs to the sister comlpany intellirisk which will come up as UNKNOWN caller, and it will be another autodial.
    Most of their home office numbers are not valid, and discontinued. All they want is for you to call the 1-800 phone trap that will deffinitly keep you on thier list with now all your information that you will unwittingly be providing

calls every day ,sometimes twice aday,for months.

Has called everyday for weeks now.  When I answer, they don't talk.  Why call then?????  Wouldn't you think that they would talk when I answer ... wouldn't you think they'd ask questions of me????  They don't!  I want them to STOP CALLING!  They are waisting my MINUTES!!!!  It's not costing them a cent to call me, but it costs me EACH TIME THEY CALL (WHICH IS EVERYDAY!!!)  PLEASE, PLEASE STOP CALLING ME!!!

I'll bet that if you have an attorney send them a "cease & desist" letter, they'll sure as heck stop calling you.  What they are doing is harrassment & a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and they can end up paying YOU money!

These people called looking for my ex-mother-in-law.  When I refused to give them any information, the man who called said, "Fine!  We'll just have the sheriff find them!" and hung up on me.  Shortly after I started receiving calls from them.  I guess these endless calls are retaliation.

keep receiving calls from 775-319-1509, "ALLIED INTRSTE" on the caller ID about owing some sort of debt. when we calledthe number back the man was belligerent and kept asking for personal information.

Constant phone calls all day long. We don't owe any debts.
When I told them to stop calling me, the phone calls are still coming
more frequently.

I got a new cell phone and the robo calls started.  775-319-1509 is one of the numbers I get calls from.  I got the phone number of Allied ((952) 546-6600) from a previous post.  I called and the guy wanted me to call the 800 number.  I polity insisted that he transfer me, which he did.  The lady on the other end of the line agreed to take my phone number off of the list.  We'll see.

Got two calls yesterday from this number with the name of Bonnie Tuttle attached to the caller ID.  One was at 8:00 at night.  What the heck?
