Jeff Harris with tile and carpet cleaning.... New caller ID number and company. Claims TCE Marketing, but it's not correct. The only sure fire way to get them is to have the carpets cleaned at the local police station.   ;-}

Yup, Jeff Harris with tile and carpet cleaning...I tried calling the number he left to call: 530.876.6238 and you get a voice mail that is full. This bozo calls me once a week from different numbers and I can't do anything about it.

Please get this guy to stop tormenting me with his calls.  I am on the "Do not Call List"  I would like to prosecute him if possible.

This guy is DRIVING me crazy. I wouldn't use him even as a last resort. Why does he do it if so many people are disgusted by his unrelenting tactics?????  I have added him to my do not call list to no avail. I have blocked his numbers on my phone only for him to call from another number.  I am planning to call the FTC and Harry Reid to complain, I think all of us should file a class action suit as he id disturbing my peace.  HE MUST BE STOPPED!

Balow is a voice mail message that I got from this guy. He called again one hour later!! Besides this number, the call also came from 775-348-7093. He has been calling me for at least three years.

Gah, I, too, get calls from this maroon. I got another call just a few minutes ago. The Called ID said TCE Marketing 775-348-9804.
I get at least a call a week. I never pick up when I see TCE Marketing on my phone. My number is registered on the Do Not Call list. Please, everyone, go to the following link and register a complaint for each and every time you get a call:

I think how he is getting away with not getting caught is that the TCE Marketing number is always changing. Be sure to register a complaint with the area code 530 number as well. At least the area code 530 number is always the same.

I get those messages every week, today I had one at 10:49 am and then at 4:22 pm.  I have At&T and the ability to block calls. I have now about 10 numbers blocked for this a......and now there are more. I will use the link from the poster above and report him including the CA number.  I had the same recording from a company called "magic touch marketing". I have pressed "9" to be removed from the call list but it doesn't seem to work. This guy has to be stopped.

I too received a call from TCE marketing from Jeff Harris the carpet cleaning guy.  I needed my carpet cleaned so it told me to push 1.  When I did it told me all operators were busy and to leave my name and someone would call me back.  No one ever called and when I tried calling back all I keep getting is a busy signal.

he calls me on two different numbers, two different locations: Tahoe and Sunnyvale, CA. I tried doing the same as you described (calling and leaving an angry message), it didn't stop! I found a couple of places on the internet to report and did. I'll see if it helps.

Invite 'em out - say: Could ya'll come out on Thursday? negotiate a day and time, then be there - tell them to STOP when they start and  speak to whichever one is the supervisor. Tell him/her you don't want your carpets nor tile nor anything to do with them ever and they are to stay off your property or you will call the police, AND tell the supervisor to convey to his boss that their company is to never call you again.

Now at today's gas prices - that will teach them a very important lesson about telemarketing.

This guy is a scam artist. i know him. His name is not Jeff Harris. His real name is Kevin J Calvin. D.O.B  april 25 1964. His cell phone number is  530-388-0594. I have reported him to the irs. Lets see if they can do anything about him. TCE marketing is a fake business. He goes from state to state setting up his computers to call me on the do not call list, as well as he does not pay taxes. nor is his business legal. Lets shut this guy down. He is in the dfw metroplex now. Has a office somewhere in irving texas.

This guy jeff harris has computers set up to call people. Jeff harris is not his real name. His real name is Kevin Calvin. His number is 530-388-0594. Would someone please help in shutting this guy down, and run him out of the dfw area period.

People this man has a office set up in irving with computers that call everyone. they call people on the do not call list as well. So the odds of you getting a different call from TCE Marketing are very high. My guess is he uses some kind of phone lines, and it dials over and over. Then when people pick up they here a recording. This man Jeff Harris will call you from a 530 number. His real name is Kevin Calvin. His number is 530-388-0594. When you schedule a appointment, then it leaves a message on one of the computers, and then later he checks his computers messages by phone or something, Then he calls you back from the 530 number. People please beware this guy is a scam artist. He is no good at all. I would not trust this man at all.

Interesting - last night at 10:20 pm, I got one of these calls. It was from an Irving, Texas phone number: 972-887-3023.  But when I checked this number it does not belong to a Jeff Harris or a business; it's a woman's personal line.  I think Jeff is fiddling with his outbound caller ID so that fake numbers show up.
