Just got a call from these guys too - Hung up when I answered but didn't say anything. Probably some sort of credit agency but I can't be sure since I'm pretty sure I have no outstanding bills

Called my MTS cell phone - did NOT pick up.  Judging by the ones in front of the number, this must be off shore.  So much for registering my phones with the government no-call list.
