WHO IS THIS

I have had this company put a charge against my debit card that was not authorized and this number and the name Elite Gate Herbal is the only information I have to trace them.

I have an unauthorized charge on my debt card for $79.95 and when I called the phone # listed under their charge the mail box is full is all I get.

I also called and it said their mailbox was full and could take no more messages. They really ripped us all off. I am almost out $200 that I can't afford to be ripped off especailly when you get nothing for it. Can anyone give me any tips on getting my money back?

Have tried calling this number with no success.I, too like all the rest did not authorize further orders or shipments.I need to know how to put a stop to any more charges,and how to get my money back.

I too have a charge on my bank account for 79.95 and their mailbox is full.  This is unauthorized and I don't know what to do to make sure they don't do it again.

The name affiliated with this phone number and charges to my account is iHealth Solutions. This is a scam for sure.

I have been charged on my credit card for lots of things that I didn't authorize over April & May.  The latest was on May 24, 2009 for $85.90 USD ELITEGATEHERBAL.  My credit card company gave me a telephone number of 1-778-785-0203 and I've been calling all day - but the message says that the mailbox is full.  I'm out a total of $252.60 USD.  I'm Canadian so this is over $300 of my hard earned cash go out the window.  I don't know how I'll ever get these funds back and have come to the realization that I probably won't ever and will just have to pay my credit card for these fraudulent charges.  I did call my credit card company and asked them to cancel my card and they are going to investigate these charges but I doubt I'll ever get the money back. Lesson learned: Do not purchase anything on the web.  So much for trying to help out our US neighbours economy - Sorry but I'll buy Canadian from now on.

Seems to be nothing we can do but cancel the card so that no other transactions can post.  Seems like there's nothing your bank can/will do otherwise.

Hi, I'm out $252.60 US dollars. I notified my credit card company because of this and they canceled my card and are conducting an investigation. I also sent an email to a James Thomas and Melanie Scott to advise them of these unauthorized charges and they told me that it was canceled - yet I keep getting charges almost daily.  They originally sent me an email stating that my order was processed. That was the start of my nightmare.  Here is their email addresses in case anyone else wants to start emailing them to try to get their money back.

Try under the names Dynamic healthsol or Colon Cleanse Elite
It seems to be one big con.

That same number was on my bank statement and took off $79.95 from me 1-778-785-0203 was the number that was on my statement and I never got anything in the mail
