Called 4 times in a row early Saturday morning. No message.

Got a phone call, missed it, and no message left.

called 2x left no message, is going to be blocked momentarily

Got a call 30 minutes ago - rang three times and no message shows up as L1-778-807-9600 therefore you know there are more lines going out than just one from who ever this is bugging me

Left part on message on answering machine.    Awarded two cruise tickets for answering a survey!      WoW.       Crap

I use Bell Telephone so I pressed *67 which blocks your phone number and then dialed back to this number and got a machine that said "called to participate in a survey.."
Did not get a person so could not tell them to f off and never call me again

Les numéro 1 778 807 9595, 9596,9597, 9598, 9599 ,9600 sont des appelants disgracieux et nuisible. CRTC, que faites vous ? et même Videotron que faites vous ????

Moi aussi j'ai reçu le 25 Janvier 2014 à 9:49 AM un appel, j'étais déjà en ligne et je n'ai pas répondu. Je vais bloquer ce no.
Comment se fait-il que rien ne soit fait même si on fait des plaintes ????

Called and left no message means there is something that the caller wants to hide so take a precaution on a call like this.  looks like a business number and just let my answering machine to pick up this call.

Appel frauduleux, ne morder pas , ne toucher a aucune touche des chiffres, vous pourriez etre surpris! Et en plus on gel
votre ligne telephonique le temps du message.
Les fraudeurs sont de plus en persistants ett arrogants.
Videotron devriez vous y voir pour proteger vos abonnes
ca me rends agressif!!!!

Getting a call from 778-807-9600 almost every day to tell me Congratulations you have won? I hang up again and again but still getting calls really getting tired of calls from this number

I wouldn't be so confident about your call number being blocked. I have proof that Primus Canada can see your blocked number in their billing department, So *67 is not always a guaranty. If Primus Canada can expose your blocked number others can do it too, I'm sure.

Getting this call at 11am on a Saturday? just cruel.

Here's a thought : Why don't our brilliant phone companies offer an easy-to-remember *code — say, *00 — that would redirect scammers straight to the police? If not a direct police line, then the telcos might just put the call characteristics (origin, circuit path, faked number) in a database, then a clean-up program could draw attention on those calls that come up often. Some publicity on the feature would inform us on how to use the feature, and scammers would know that they are no longer safe.
