I was sent a random text from this number... I am trying to find out if by reponding to it I have opened myself up to some kind of scam!?

Yea i got "hey" from this number. i've been getting a lot of weird calls or texts lately from unknown callers/numbers.  kinda weird...

i get text messages from this number asking what my BBM pin is, first of all i dont have a blackberry and second of all i replied before and we got in this huge argument about how he knew me and his was John Smith (like ya right), i probably shouldnt have replied in the first place but i thought it might be some one i knew at first. It is not and now a couple months later i got the same text, but will NOT be replying.

I just got a random text from this number!!! He said he found my number on craigslist - which could be legit, as i post a lot of items on there...

I am selling some clothes & the text said " I'm looking for something tight short & slutty"

Ok, I think that the person associated with this number is someone whose email name is Jeff Pinkerton.. I have a postin on craigslist sellin women's clothing, and he had asked I send pics of myself wearing any 'slutty type clothes' I was selling. I stupidly gave this person my #, and just received a text saying "hi" then "how are you". And when I asked who they were there was no reply for over an hour and then a response saying "who are you".
Not cool. I guess I will call my cell phone company and ask for this number to be blocked!

You seem to have the wrong information as my email account was hacked into. This number does not belong to Jeff. I would appreciate it if you please do not post things in this site pertaining to whom ever you are referring to.

This guy is a freak. I got a text from this number, too. I had posted an ad on Craigslist for babysitting, and he wouldn't stop texting me, so I looked up this number, and saw this page. He asked for a picture.. um, don't think so, buddy.

I kept on gettin text messeages from this person , asking me where do u live?, wats ur name, are u single???????????? It just drives me nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
