They have been calling for a week but don't answer when anyone else answers. Today they asked for the "man or woman of the house" my sister said either werent home then they hung up. You cant call this number back.

My boyfriend just got off the phone with man calling from this number. He claimed to be doing some kind of environmental survey so we participated. None of the questions were related to the environment. He asked about our professions, if we had a cat, if rented/owned. I called the number back and the number cannot be completed as dialed (as stated by another submission).

A man named John claiming to be from Breathe Easy homes asked us about Asthma, had pets and other questions before we informed him to take us off his calling list and that it was in violation of our rights not to do so.  He didn't respond professionally to that request as we expected and sounded kind of sketchy.

Both mention this Breathe Easy outfit and both say that when you call back you can't get through (i.e. both are spoofed numbers).

Two calls from this number in the past two days; my answering picked up both times - no message left.

I tried calling the number back; I get a Telus message stating that the number is NOT in service.  ==>  SPOOFED NUMBER = SCAM ARTIST

Same thing here-this number is not in service. I callled operator. Was told that tele-marketers can have call out numbers only-the only solution is to buy call screening from the phone provider

The same story. I was also suggested to buy this screening feature. Doesn`t it look like somebody is trying to sell us another feature?

This person has called my cell number both my home numbers and asked for me but I'm never home to recieve the call,and when i call back the number isn't in service... it's weird and not normal!

i have been getting way to many calls from breathe easy home not asking me about any relative questions relating to any asthma or anything... it asks if my parents are home and for my name directly

I received a call from 780-447-2701.  I did not recognize the number so I immediately entered it into my laptop and found that others have been harrassed by this number.  I called it back, and received the message "we are sorry but the number cannot be completed as dialed.  Please check the number and try again!"  Not!!!

As of Feb 23, 2009 I have received a total of 12 calls from this SPOOFED telephone number in the past 25 days.  The number is SPOOFED (faked) - when you call it back you hear a telephone company message stating that the number is NOT IN SERVICE.  From my understanding the company making these calls is based in Calgary and called Breathe E-Z Homes.  They also make calls using the SPOOFED number 403-770-0522.  Check the Calgary BBB website for an assessment of their business reputation:  http://calgary.bbb.org/WWWRoot/Report.aspx?site=154&bbb=0017&firm=52152

I do subscribe to the Call Screen service and when I tried to enter the number into the list to be blocked, it says it is a number that can't be blocked, which is very annoying! I assume it's because it is a pseudo number. Next time I will try to just block the last caller instead of the actual number and see if that works.

They told me that they were conducting a consumer survey, with only eight questions.  I should have said no thanks... but wanted to be nice... They also asked me about allergies and now that I see that the company is "Breathe Easy", I'm sure that they will be calling back to tell me how their product will improve my quality of life.  In fact, they said that I will be entered in a draw to win $500.00 just for answering the survey... What a surprise!  Reminds me of the old Kirby sales calls...  When will I learn my lesson?  At least I know who I am dealing with now. Glad for this website...

I've received 4 calls from "Gavin" with Breathe EZ Homes in the last two days.  It was the same song and dance everybody else describes: he asks to speak to the man of the house, asks personal questions, and in my case, hangs up if you challenge him in any way.  On my first call, I told him I didn't want to volunteer certain information and he just disconnected.  Very sketchy.  This last time, I exploded on him.  It felt pretty good.  I told him that I've already reported his company to the CRTC for violating the do not call list, though I suspect they don't care.

I expect to hear from 'Gavin' again soon.

We've only been getting calls from this number in the last 2 days, but yesterday they called once to twice an hour, every hour for 8 hours, totaling 12 calls and it's only noon and they've already called 4 times today. Every time we answer the phone, there is nothing on the other end, and when we call the number back, it does not exist. I used the number posted above, (403) 214-1446, got a manager named Barb. They were very polite, and said there must be a glitch in the system (Yeah right!), and that they would be taking our number out of their system. We'll see...

After receiving literally 25 calls in the past week from this number, I came across this site while googling. I saw the contact for Breathe EZ Homes and called them. The actual Calgary office were etremelly helpful and seemed very concerned over the amount of calls I had received. Whether they were blowing smoke up my you-know-what remains to be seen, but they said I will not be bothered again. If they continue to call I will come post again.

Well, less than 24 hours later and they called again. So much for the managment caring. I am reporting them again to the CRTC.
