I keep storing all solicitor calls in my iPhone.  New member putting in the 70+ numbers I have stored (I use a really soft ringtone so we know we don't have to run for the phone).  I have answered this at one point and saved it as a hassle-call.  Don't know the caller, but it deserves to be logged.

This is another ANNOYING call from statistics Canada, they harass more than any bill collector or solicitor out there. If anyone knows of a place I can report the harassment please post it on here!

11 of the last forty times my phone rang it has been Stats Canada.  Up to three times a day.   The other calls have been from -6862, -3448, -6813, -6637, 3562, -4614, -3933, -7844, -6639, and -6818.

I am not answering.  Anyone who participates in this kind of harassment is a poor excuse for a human being.  

All attempts to justify this behaviour are nonsense.   Surveys are not censuses.   Give up and call other people, who are willing to answer your questions, until you get a sample size that is statistically big enough to run meaningful estimates on.

Good god, why am I lecturing StatsCan on how statistics work?  That's right, because since Harper gutted them there are no statisticians left there, only deviant harassing creeps.
