    They use a large range of numbers in their outbound calls.  Likely each and every desk in the call centre has it's own direct number.

    Still a wrong number.
    Stats Canada on call display, "This is Heather from Stats Canada. I'm looking for LORI/LAURIE MCINTOSH."  Told her it was a wrong number, she replied, "Well, this is the number she gave me. Is this a McIntosh residence?"  I replied, "There is NO Lori McIntosh at this number", and hung up.

    I keep getting calls from someone who says they are from Stats Canada.  i have no idea who they are so i don't answer or call back.  if Stats Canada needs info from me they can send it to me on their letterhead or have a rep with ID knock on my door.

    Getting numerous calls from 780-495-4760, 780-495-2852; 780-495-4942; 780-495-7835 claiming to be Stats Canada - extremely annoying.  I agree with JimR - if they require something they can mail their request.  I absolutely refuse to give anyone information over the phone.  Make these people stop their phone harassment.
