They asked for very specific questions concerning security.Are they really stats canada

I didnt talk to them, but they did leave me a message. It was from Stats Canada and they left a reference number. Im not comfortable talking about security information over the phone so I dont plan on calling them back unless they follow up a few more times. In that case I will search the internet for a general line and go from there. I dont suggest calling a phone number that they provide with their reference number, it poses a personal security risk.

They called today.  They are either Stats Canada or have information from Stats Canada.  I did a Survey for Stats Canada last month in person and they said they would follow up in a month.  This was the follow up call and the questions they asked were the same questions I was asked on the original survey and they just wanted to know if anything had changed in my employment since I did the survey.  I was told I would receive this call when I did the original survey.
