Called me, numbers I do  it recognize are blocked

The Liver Disease Association is looking for money for further research.

Got a call. Told them I had no money and if I was going to donate I would donate it to the research Centre at the  children's hospital. She then tried to get me to donate again and I said I had no money and once I do if I have anything to donate I will donate it to research centre at the children's hospital. I said this about 6 times and she kept demanding that I donate to her I finally hung up.

Asking for funding for canadian liver foundation. Mentioned I will donate and thank him for making me aware and I'll find their website to educate myself. Kept repeating to be transfered to donate instead.  Very pushy. Thinking it's a scam. Had to hang up.

Scam caller. It's a very good pre-recorded automated caller. It won't take no for an answer.

Liver disease foundation Scam. Don't give money over the phone.

They just called me right now asking for money i told them no. They went on about donating to them they told me she would transfer me to another person to verify on how to pay i said no again. And when she did  transfer me to another person it sounded like she handed the phone to someone else. Then in just hung up.

Got a call just now.  A girl from Canadian Liver Foundation started talking. While she was talking, I checked the number online and led me here.  I immediately hung up and added the number to my Unwanted list.

2nd phone call today re: Donation for the Liver Foundation.  I just hung up asap.

Got a call. I asked if they had a website so I can further do research on this because I don't feel comfortable donating money over the phone. She kept pushing for $50, $40 then $25, I kept saying that donating is a decision I have to make with my partner and she did not seem to care about that, so she failed the test. Very much a scam.

Their phone number is not registered on the Canadian Liver Foundation website.

Got the call , didn't answer, thanks to the others for posting.

Received call this morning. She mentioned the donation is for research about liver disease. I asked for them to email me  the website. Her replied was they don't have it and will be working on it. Very pushy asking for mininum $25  and if I can donation more than that. I told her no. I want to know my donation goes to the proper channel and research centre because too many scam asking for donation

She said that she was from the liver foundation. When I told her I wasnt interested, she kept pushing for a donation.  I have no time for such nonsense.

She said she is from liver foundation. She did not introduce who she is but ask for donation. I hang up the phone when I found this web. I also added to block list. Thank you everyone.

My screen showed "Unknown caller".
I said "Hello"
A very nice young women's voice said "Finally a friendly voice instead of voicemail. I am from the liver foundation"
I hung up right away.
I felt bad afterwards because the voice was really nice, but I have no time for nonsense.

lady called from liver foundation research and asking for donation. i said i'll pass for now. she kept pushing until $25 then I asked how can i make donation through a phone call? she then said thank you for taking my call and have a great day! i blocked the number after.

A lady called me and said that she was being answered by VM all day. Then went on about Canadian Liver Health Foundation, started by asking $50 down to $30-40 and then to $25. Keeps persisting even if I told her I had no money, then I found this website. Immediately blocked the call after. Scam.
