Telephone number is from United Processing Service, they threaten a lawsuit.  Have your lawyer call them, they hang up.

Possible Scam. Number has comments on whitepages.com calls in May 2015

This number above  call  me about sue legal and it gave me number to call. When I call the number it was chiropractic clinic. Please be aware of this number. I report in any legal agency can take an action

This number called me and asked when I would be home so they could serve me legal papers. I told them I did not know who they were and she asked if it was me I hung up on them. The name Unit Processing came up on my caller ID.

This number call me and threatened me with a lawsuit

Someone left a message on an older MagicJack # I have and said they were with United Processing Servers and that I must call them back or they will serve me with a subpeona. Call was from 781-202-4211

They called stating they had papers to serve on my husband because of a complaint filed against him. I was told I could contact 855-535-6876 to get details. Apparently this is a scam.

Called stating I had a legal complaint filed against me. They were going to be serving me legal papers. Said they were representing a law firm. Jackson Ray and Associates. 855-535-6876.  Said I needed to call them right away to stop legal proceedings. They actually had my full name and cell phone number.   This is a scam and I will be reporting it to the Attorney General..

They called me saying that sprint was suing me - I have never been a sprint customer!  I was told they wanted to serve me first then offered to settle out of court!  They had a lot of my personal info and really tried to threaten me!  Told them to kiss my ***!

This caller claimed someone filed a suit against me. Wouldn't give me details. I hung up.

for 3 days in a row I got calls from.                    781-202-4211 and I let it go to voicemail since I don't recognize the number but they do not leave messages and the only thing that shows up when they call is Massachusetts I am thinking maybe a scam

Annoyed by this callers from this number, dont know what they want or need,,they just constantly call,, I just hang up

Have been receiving calls for about a week no message ever left and no pick up when I call, I finally answered today, was given a message to call 1-844-893-1213 with a case#, supposedly there was a pending lawsuit against me.  Called and spoke with an Alexander from Jackson Ray and Associates and he stated I had a $700 unpaid century link bill (Never had service with century link) He said "I just want you to know this is your final chance to pay it off, otherwise you agree to pay $1000 lawyer fees and court cost of $1500. I said I will get my lawyer on this, he hung up.

Got a call from this number today. Thinking it maybe legit, I called back. The guy said they were trying to locate my husband as UPS has a legal complaint against him. All I said was "hah". the guy gave me a number and case number to call back. I know it is a scam, my husband has no legal issues with UPS or anyone else. This is a new scam, at least for us, never heard of it until today. Be careful. I should have never called back. Never again!

Received a call from a woman today saying that someone had filed a civil complaint against me and that they needed to serve papers. She said that she'd call back and leave a number on my voicemail for me to call and get more information. Thankfully, I found these comments and now know that this is a scam. She never did call back and leave the contact number on my voicemail. I've now blocked the number.

Yep I got a call from 781-202-4211  but never answered it.  Has called several times.

I got the same calls.  I tell them to send the papers to me via registered mail.  They still haven't given up.  4 calls over the last few months.

Found evidence of it being a scam... I just tell them to send me the papers via registered mail.  that usually stops scammer since Mail Fraud carries a bit of weight.

The next time I get a call from them, I'm going to ask for the caller's name so I could include it when I have my lawyer contact them and the law firm supposedly handling my case.
