They are debt collectors. Sorry, don't know their name.

Just received a call from this place. Lady asked for my husband. He got on the phone but didn't know what she was talking about. He is 82 Years old. So he handed me the phone to talk to her and right away she started yelling at me and wanted my husband back on the phone. I tried to talk to her but she just kept yelling and telling me that we should pay our bills. Called me a dead beat and was very loud. Then when she realized I was not going to let my husband back on the phone. She hung up on me.

Received a call, although the caller ID said Rockland Trust (Rockland trust is a legitimate bank in MA), they are in reality, CCA, a debt collection agency.  They seem to use several different bogus names.  Another I have received calls from CCA, the caller ID lists as Fleet Transport.

They've been calling me almost daily asking to talk to my mom about her SS# and refuse to identify themselves or leave any messages. Smells like SCAM!

CCA a shady debt collection company who deals with Student Loans...will call 5 times in a row in a span of 5 minutes, which is illegal.

I received many calls from 781-871-8213 and have reported it to federal authorities. It is unlawful for them to use your personal banking institutions name to grab your attention on the phone. They are stealing yours and mine' s identites!!!! Please be aware of this...you could lose your complete financial and personal identity!!!

This is a debt collector for student loans. They keep calling even though you are on a payment plan with the Department of Education and have made regular and timely payments. They'll use several different numbers to keep you on your toes. This is one of them. Don't answer these calls.

This guy named Mike Donnelly from CCA keeps calling muliple times they should not be allowed to call this many times. This is harrassment. They need to give it a break. People are not making money like they should. They will need to wait to make a payment. Thats all it is to it.

got a call on my cell phone and didn't answer it cause i am not familiar with the number.  wish these calls would stop

Asked for my wife. I said she wasn't available. Said she was with a Federal Agency. This is fraud! Be aware!

Isn't there some way to stop these calls?  My number is already on the "Do Not Call List" and I am on a payment plan with my student loans.

I keep getting these calls on my cell phone and I don't have any outstanding loans to start with. i never pick up the call because I don't know the number and I have a prepaid phone. Perhaps whoever had this number before has a loan, but I've had the phone for 4 years now.  I'm tired of these calls and all my numbers are on the do not call list.

Received a call from this number this morning (C, CA 781-871-8213).  A young man left a message that went something like this...

"hello, I am calling on behalf of a family member of yours (stated the name of an Uncle of mine that I haven't seen or heard from in over 10 years).  This is regarding a very important personal matter regarding his health and he listed you as a family member."  

My Uncle is a troubled individual that is estranged from our family.  My first instinct was to pick up the phone and see what this was all about.  My partner told me to Google the phone # first... I'm glad I did, seems others have received calls from this same # collecting debt.  My partner and I do not have any debt (credit card or student loan debt).  This is definitely a scam.

I got a call and automatically asked if I was(mentioned my name) and I my birthday was (mentiones my DOB) I was like who is this? She gave m some initials and when I asked what was that,she was like " I can't give out that information" so I told her I can't give any info as well,and hung up...sounds allot like a scam to get banking info or some sort of access to your accunt or ssn.....
